Awesome cage! Birds love it!
This bird cage arrived in a timely manner, and while the box had some exterior damage, everything inside appeared to be in a good order. The cage is large and took some assistance in building, but nothing that was crazy hard. Our kakariki seems to really enjoy her new home and she likes the perch, swing that came with the cage. She has plenty of room and the multiple doors give us plenty of options for arranging her food and water bowls.

    Plenty of space.
    I love the size and the ease of assembly. The access inside the cage is great! Birds were very happy! The instructions were good and no missing parts OR non aligned wire, I did it in about one hour. This cage is exactly what I was looking for! I suspect the cage will last for 5-10 years easy due to the construction.

    Functional and as described
    It is pretty much as it's described and and not unhappy with it but I don't know about anybody else it gave me some grief trying to put it together it just doesn't fit right and I'm 70 years old and I don't have anyone to help me I managed to get it up but I am not happy about the way it is put together because I had to force things that I shouldn't have to force the other thing is is it rocks and I've tried and tried to figure out why and I can't I'm thinking it's just bad workmanship the other thing is this in the picture the swing shows a hook I didn't get a hook so I just sweated through one of the perch rods but it's sitting too low birds like to be up high the other thing is this I got it so she could come out the top but because you have the doors on top there's no ability to put toys and I'm really not happy about the way that is constructed either it's functional and it's better than the small cage she was in I'm anxious to see if the feed and water cups facing inside the main body of the cage is going to save on the mess I do like that they are roomier and hold more I gave it four stars instead of five because of the difficulties I had putting it together and it's still not sitting right but I guess I can deal with that

    Great customer service.
    This cage was not deep enough for my cockatiel so I had to return it and Aosom provided excellent service for this process. For a smaller bird, this cage would be great.

    Great bird cage
    This bird cage is really nice, great size and our bird loves it. We had a little problem with the assembly, hard to fit cage into hooks. But other than that, we really like the cage.

    The cage arrived with a minor defect. Stuff happens. The response of the company blew me away. Customer service was exceptional. They made sure that I was happy, and I am.Cage itself is on the small side but an affordable cage and generally a good value with all the included extras.

    My bird has figured out how to open the large door. It is not hard but not what I was expecting. Now I have to lock it down to prevent her from getting out. Other than that it works well.
