the spring is beautiful it is a lab red ruby does not have any less quality and a red ruby the only difference this is made in a lab I think a lot of times that lab created jewelry Outlast and actually is more amazing than the real jewelry I buy lab-created gems all the time and diamonds and simulated diamonds and they're no different the only difference is like I said they're created in a lab this necklace has 3 Carat of red ruby surrounded by white sapphires with white gold overlay with white sapphires it's a beautiful piece to give my mother for Mother's Day the heart always says something so give your heart to somebody who special whether it's a special gift for weddings birthdays bar mitzvah parties weddings elegant events wearing on an everyday use you can count on the way that these people in all the areas of jewelry I have found out they take their time in what they may and they make it with love and that's the most important factor I love my red heart my red heart I gave to me I'm a single woman and I love who I am so I gave my heart to me

The size is perfect and it is elegant looking. Do not think you can wear this all day, every day with out it wearing out pretty quick...but do think it is cute. I will come back to purchase a couple of the other colors. I am interested in the silver opal, the black and the green. These would make great gifts for any lady 12-100 years old:)))TRJT4

Not ostentatious or overstated--Looks exactly as it shows! I had one of these ,way back in the late 90's and could never find it. It was really too large-but I loved the heart-shape. I always have-but finding it in the exact color and size was not so easy! This ,which I have on right now-is a much better version! Its' just simple but elegant. Wear it alone and it WILL get attention .A great deal!!patty

It was to be a lovely gift, as the alleged previous price was $120. However, the chain looks extremely cheap. The open, hollow back of the pendant is unusual and unattractive. Lastly, I was led to believe that the necklace would come in a box or that nice pouch pictured, but it arrived in only a small, clear zip lock. Now I must search for another more presentable, better quality gift. You get what you pay for and I bought 2 necklaces from this company, neither was ever worth $120, in my opinion. That was obviously a sales lie. VERY DISAPPOINTED! (See picture of pouch advertised that was not included. It came in a small, ugly ziplock bag.)VIVIANA
