Useability - Fills a need
I like Pen and Gear products and the folders are just another part of their
product line. Will probably order again. The price is reasonable.

Count them - there is only 24.
I bought a pack of these 25 oil folders on 2 completely different occasions. Both times I only got 24 NOT 25. Granted the folders don't cost that much but obviously the company knows most people won't count them all and is taking advantage of consumers in that regard. NOT OKAY regardless of a small price tag.

The 1/3 tabs make it so easy to keep files separate. The quality of the folders is very good. They are heavy duty and will hold up to a lot of usage. The folders keep 8 1/2 × 11 sheets very well organized and they can be used as storage for recipes, articles and other mementos. You can write on the tabs or use labels. These file folders help make organizing easy.Grandma1

I am using them to keep my bills, recipes and various other paperwork filed, at home. This is making it very convenient to find what I need, when I need it. I purchased a simple file container, to use and these fit nicely inside. So, instead of everything being in a pile, on my table, they are safely contained and everything has it's own folder. The tabs allow for easy marking/cataloging and easy searching through the files when a certain file needs to be located. The tabs come in 3 different positions -top, middle, or bottom of the folders and that helps with the organizing of files even more. There are no pre-made puncture holes in these. So these are best for storing unbound documents in a horizontal filing cabinet - otherwise the documents could fall out. But for documents that should be bound, the Manilla file folder can be punctured along with the document and bound, and then those documents can even be stored on a vertical filing cabinet. These Manilla file folders are thin and do not take up a lot of extra space - making it efficient when storing multiple documents. The one thing that would make it even better would be if it came in multiple colors, as that would help to color code documents for even more efficient file organizing, but this can still be achieved by placing colored labels on the tabs. So all in all, these Manilla file folders are great for storing documents in an organized manner.Yappy

I have been using them both in home and office to organize my documents. These folders do the job of keeping pages well ordered and the folders themselves hold quite a number of pages each before become too full and they start to become unwieldy. Due to currently working from home, these have come in handy to organize my work and keep me prioritized. I then use them to transport documents back and forth to the office in my laptop bag and they do great to keep pages from becoming crumpled. Since they are letter sized, they accommodate my 8.5" x 11" pages nicely. There are also assorted cut tabs on top for labeling, which makes for easier identification when retrieving forms from filing cabinets or storage boxes. They are durable enough and will stand up to daily use, though I have started to notice some wear on some of my most frequently used files.mlminwilm

Each tab is 1/3 of width and there's a small gap at top of each (see pic). They are made in USA from sustainable forests. What's not to love? If you need matching printed labels for the tabs, Avery brand numbers ending in “66” will likely fit (5266, 5366, 8366, etc.). Just make sure they are 2/3” x ~ 3 ½” and they'll be perfect. Just don't print to bottom of label.John
