Good choice if you have a Mini, BMW, etc.
Got this oil because it meets all of the euro specs for my 1.6L turbo Mini. Walmart has by far the best price on this and shipped two jugs to my house free. I use the US Pennsoil Platinum 5-30 (or Mobil 1) in my F150 2.7 Ecoboost. Many shops (even dealer service depts) will let you bring your own jugs of oil and filter. They'll just charge 20-25 dollars labor for the oil change. Getting a full-syn oil/filter change with the stuff that you know meets or exceeds the specs for your car/truck is much less expensive this way. I do a lot of my own wrenching, but I'll happily pay $20 vs. doing a DIY change in my garage.

Tampered cans
Cans came with “sealed to prevent leaking”. I thought it was just an extra protection for shipment. But when i opened the can i realized the normal sealant is missing under the cap. Now i am not sure if its normal or if its someone tampered with.

    Stopped the rattle.
    I had a quick rattle on startup 2007 Mustang 4.6 L @ 58K miles. I tried other premium oil and filters and was beginning to think it was a more serious mechanical issue. I switched to this oil and a (another brand ultra-synthetic) filter (because they don't sell Pennzoil filters in my area), and the noise was instantly gone. From the first crank, no more. Startup is smooth, quick, easy. Motor and car run noticeably smoother. The product says it provides the same protection as 5W-20, so I'm covered there. Looking forward to trying this stuff out.

    Use the right oil for your car!
    Excellent oil for cars requiring ACEA C3 oil. Easy to confuse this oil with cars requiring ACEA A5/B5 and I would not recommend this oil for those vehicles but instead the regular Pennzoil Platinum 5W30 that meets Dexos1 gen2. Volvo uses ACEA A5/B5 as does Ford and some others. To my knowledge these ratings are more important than viscosity.

    Fixed Hemi Tick!!
    I had unusually low oil pressure in my 2018 Ram 1500 Longhorn with 61k miles and the infamous ticking sound on cold start up. Switched to this from the conventional Mopar 5w-20, and is so much quieter and idle PSI went from 28-30 to 49-50.

    Excellent BMW oil
    This is an excellent oil for BMW diesel as it meets the LL-04 specs. By far the best price anywhere in USA for LL-04. One day free delivery to my house which was shocking.
