Excellent oil delivered in exemplary fashion.
Pennzoil Ultra Platinum is an excellent lubrication product, one which I have used in several vehicles over the years it's been available. The purchase of these reasonably priced 5 quart containers was as straightforward as it could be. My order was delivered as stated, in excellent condition. I have in the past ordered engine oil that was delivered in disastrous condition, with leakage and damaged containers. This order was packed safely, with the container tops sealed with a safety tape to keep them from loosening. Absolutely no issues.

SOPUS GTL (gas to liquid) oils are grossly overhyped at least this Ultra is. Most all recent SOPUS products I ran while Dexos 1 G2 (Rotella Gas Truck, Pennzoil Platinum) were still burning off quicker than similar M1 EP. Brand does not matter but SOPUS still cannot figure out the correct additive pack to prevent the burn off with their GTL stock. This is not the time to buy SOPUS products if you have a direct injection engine.

    Best oil on the market!!
    Best oil on the market right now!! It helps engine from being a little noisy, and helped us tremendously with gas mileage. It actually saved us a quarter of a tank after i did the first oil change with this Pennzoil ultra platinum. It suppose to keep engine cleaner compared to other oils too. You need this oil in all vehicles. Check out project farm you tube channel also to see how good this oil is, and walmart has it the cheapest. Best motor oil!!

    Very best Oil at best price thru Walmart!
    In a national Test Penzoil Ultraplatinum placed 2nd but only by a slim margin over a much more expensive brand of oil. In my own driving experience driving long distances in hot weather my truck would use other full synthetic oils requiring me to add oil between changes but not so with Penzoil Ultraplatinum. I'm sold!

    Why the new bottle is not DEXOS approved
    I used Pennzoil Ultra Platinum every oil change from the time I bought my new car. And I already put 135k miles on it and it runs like new as comment also from other people borrowing my car. My concern is that, why the old bottle(black) Ultra Platinum is dexos approved and the new bottle(Yellow) does not have the approval?

    Worth the extra $$
    I have used this oil before but have never had such dramatic results. Subaru engines a notoriously loud with mechanical noise. This oil straightened that out plus the engine idles so much more smoothly. This oil is worth the money.

    Great oil, even has the best can design
    Great oil, feels ok even after my oil interval is going off and doesnt burn off compared to mobil 1 for my 2.4l tigershark engine in our 2017 cherokee that is known for running hot and burning oil. Does not eliminate the issue but is safer, doesnt lose as much. However for our 2014 crv and 2019 pathfinder its great absolutely no burn off and even had a little color compared to straight black.

    The best engine oil for 3.6 L pentastar engine.
    Boght 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with 9000 miles and decided to make oil change in my garage. The oil filter cartridge cae out twisted so whoever did prior oil change over tightened it. This is a big deal that may crack the oil filter housing that cost $1000 to replace all unit at the dealer. Bought a Genuine Mopar Oil Filter 3.0L 3.2L 3.6L Part Number: 68191349AC $8.76 in walmart, bought at the dealer $20 a Made in Usa Oil Filter Housing Cap, Replace 68191350AA, 917-190 Compatible with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - 200, 300, Challenger, Charger, Durango, Grand Caravan, Journey, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, More. . Bought at Napa a Plug - Drain with gasket 704-1036 with 16mm head instead of original with 13mm head. And Pennzoil Ultra Platinum Full Synthetic 0W-20 Motor Oil, 5-Quart, that oils that meet or exceed Chrysler MS-6395 specification for my Pacificas. Installed the new filter and cap back on the Pacifica. Torque the cap to 18 Ft./Lbs. Don't over tighten, as it can crack the housing and leak. Dealer advice to male an oil change every 1000 miles. I make oil change every 4 months or 4000 miles on March, Jujy.
