Great smart outlet
This is a great smart outlet! One thing of note, only 3 of the six outlets are controlled and the other three are just regular plugs. It is a really a very nicely made and high quality device...even if you don't use the smart functions. I have a light and a couple devices connected that I control with alexa and it works very very well! (Within a second the lights get turned on) I found the app very simple to use and I think anyone could use it and set up this 6 outlet surge protector . I highly recommend it!

Nice addition to my office
Overall it's a good power surge with 6 ac outlets, 3 of the outlets are smart outlets. It definitely gave me some trouble getting started with the set up but works great now. I like that the power cord is a decent length which is really helpful behind my desk. The plugs are easy to access and the smart technology is great for when I'm away. I can turn on lights before I get home so I don't have to walk in to a dark space. It does takes some getting used to and from my part, trial and error but I like the new technology and overall very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone wanting to update their home w smart technology.

    Easy to pairing with wifi Work with google assistant Good quality Very very useful Buy it If you want to avoid battery loss on your phone and tablets you should use this outlet. You can set a time for turning off during your sleep time or even turn the outlet off when you are not at home.

    Just what I needed
    This six-outlet surge protector is just what I needed. I needed a new surge protector for my bedroom, and I needed one with at least six outlets. I also needed it to allow for a variety of different USB block sizes and shapes. Everything I needed plugged in and fit nicely into this surge protector. The cord, which is eight feet, is the perfect length for my needs. It was quick and easy to set up the surge protector in the Phillips SmartSelect app. It is now super easy to control three of my devices attached to the surge protector through the app. I would recommend this surge protector.

    I needed something that had more plugs for the Wi-Fi connection for my outlets. This is perfect, I did not need a whole bunch of them. The set up was easy to do, and plus I have not had any connection issues.

    Surge protector went to a new level!
    The Philips 6-Outlet Wi-Fi Surge Protector is an excellent product. It was very easy to use straight out of the box. Plug it in, hit the power button until flashes blue and link on the Phillips app provided by the QR code. Once in the app and connected, very easy to setup the 3 plugs that are wifi control capable. Your are able to modify the name of the plugs in the app so you know what it controls and then switch it on and off in the app or if you wish through linking Alexa or Google assistant to it. Just make sure there's a name setup for each outlet. The other 3 are standard surge protector outlets and are not controlled. This works well with lamps and TV's or consoles if you have kids. I really like the heavy duty cord and that the surge protector comes with and the fact that it's 8 ft long and not the typical 3 or 6. This makes it convenient to extend out in tight spots where length is necessary. Overall a great protection device and very easy to control and set up. Excellent durable product.

    Easy to connect and easy to use!
    I have purchased Philips products for a long time as I have always had a good experience with the brand. I have used non-wifi Philips surge protectors as well and they have always been dependable. That is why I was delighted to try this Philips Wifi surge protector. I have a lot of connected products in my home (thermostat, appliances etc), but this is my first wifi surge protector. First off, connecting the surge protector and the app is super easy. Couldn't have been easier in my opinion. And the app offers more functionality than simply turning the outlets on and off - and I have been using Alexa to control it as well. But honestly the app is so great, I usually will go straight to the app. Right now, I have some lamps plugged in, and I love the convenience of being able to turn on the lamps before my family or I gets home, and if I ever forget to turn it off, it is as easy as opening up the app no matter where I am. Love this product!

    Top-Of-The-Line Power Strip
    We needed a new surge protector after the last storm we had. The Philips Wi-Fi Power Strip with Surge Protection was a perfect fit for us. This power strip has 6 outlets. Three of the outlets are Wi-Fi controlled, and 3 outlets are always on. There's an easy-to-use App that can be downloaded, in order to control the three outlets. The App paired quickly and was easy to navigate through. I like the idea of being able to turn on lights or other devices while we are away from home. We were able to set a timer and turn on the lights in our home while we were out of town. This unit is a premium unit and is constructed well. It has a surge protection rating of 1,080 Jules. The cord measures a full 8 feet, which is nice to be able to reach all of my devices. It's heavy-duty and made from a thick braided cord that helps to protect against voltage spikes. This surge protector also makes using it very convenient. If you own Alexa or Google Assistant, you can use voice commands to turn your devices on or off. It runs off of a 2.4 GHz network, but it can be connected to a single, dual or tri band router. We have a dual router and had no issues connecting it. The power button lights up and blinks when pairing. Overall, this is a top-of-the line power strip with surge protection that is durable and easy to use.

    Aesthetics are very pleasing. Not too big and bulky. The power cord is a very nice decor style cord. The three smart outlets are also amazing. There is so much flexibility with this little powerhouse. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
