An absolute must have!
To quote my wife “everything tastes like we got it from a restaurant!” The 4 burger deluxe is absolutely awesome and a complete game changer. I highly recommend this if you're in the market for any sort of flat top or are looking to add to your outdoor kitchen. Smash burgers & cheesesteaks will never be the same around my house!

Nice griddle, horrible packaging for weight
Nice griddle, well made but horrible packaging. Damage galore upon opening the obviously damaged box. Likely mishandled during shipping although a huge sticker on box says, "high claim value, handle with care" (that didn't happen). Overall, poor package protection for the weight of the product. Easily returned at local Walmart (love Walmart). Get your act together Pit Boss! PS: The review is only allowing me to upload two pics; could upload 4-5 more showing significant damage to others sides of the griddle.

    Good but not Great
    Pit boss Griddle is well built, but it was dropped during shipping that damaged the hinge for the top left folding lid/shelf. The first burner closest to the propane bottle burns significantly hotter than all the rest.

    I previously wrote the 3 star review as TN80 but couldn't find a way to edit it. My griddle came fairly banged up (bent parts, warped griddle, chipped paint) and missing a small part. I spoke with customer service and they resolved everything for us. Very happy with the griddle and the customer service!

    This Griddle is Fantastic!
    I ordered this griddle June 1, 2021 after waiting for it to come back in stock. My account showed it to still be processing when it arrived on June 8. I was so surprised and ecstatic! The delivery driver mentioned it had been loaded on his truck upside down when he tried to scan the label. We didn't think much of it as the box looked good with no damage. When we opened the box the griddle was damaged from being upside down during transit. The fold down sides/cover for the griddle had been scratched and also twisted so they close a little unevenly and will probably rust where the coating is scratched off. The top edges of the griddle are scratched up and a small piece appears to be chipped off the back edge. The griddle had a bent pin where it fits into the base and the base piece the griddle fits into was broken at the rivet. There were a couple of bent and dented pieces on the back and side also which also affected the closing of the top. However, all working parts on the griddle were intact and when assembled and hooked up to propane worked just as it should. This griddle is phenomenal! I have cooked burgers, potatoes, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, broccoli, bologna and toasted bread. That is just in 2 days! It heats up fast and is just so clean and sleek. The wheels make it so easy to move and Iove having the sides that fold up to cover the griddle. This is definitely worth the purchase! I am adding some photos of the damage that occured during shipping just to show that even with some minor dents and dings, the griddle still operates as it should.

    Ready for Summer Griddling!
    Overall pleased with the product. Well-built and does what it is built to do. It did come with a lot of bumps and bruises though. It clearly had a rough journey but we were promised replacement parts (one of which is on back order). Assuming the parts arrive, I will be very pleased overall.

    Cook with A griddle
    If you like cooking outside this is a must have I do most cooking for to do it outside with the pit boss griddle I've done breakfast stirfry chicken it's a great complement to my pit boss smoker would you like to cook outside

    Great price and quality. Definitely recommend
    Completely changed the way we cook when we host for party's. The cast iron seasons well and so easy to clean after each use. The only thing i would fix is the heat over the entire griddle. The right side closest to the propane tank gets much hotter than the left side.

    I didn't know what I was missing!
    I can't tell you how excited I am about this griddle! It has become a daily use machine for me. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. I love the gradient heat. Far right griddle is hotter than the left. Allows me to cook, sear, and keep warm all on one flat top! I didn't know how much I would use this!

    I am loving this Pit Boss deluxe griddle! It comes pre-seasoned! So much room. You can cook up a store on this monster! Love the grease drain as well.
