Great on Pork!
I wasn't totally sure on this seasoning due to the larger granules in the bottle, but I bought it anyway as I am a huge Pit Boss fan. I'm glad I did! When slow smoking the Pork Tenderloin I got last week, the butter in those granules melted and infused into the meat building so much flavor.

Not a fan. Too greasy or "buttery" for my liking. The taste was there and that's the bummer part of this review. Seriously it lingers in your taste buds for like an hour or two after you eat ANYTHING that is coated with this seasoning. Imagine apple butter and Crisco grease and there you go.. On a side note, when I was younger. I used to eat 5 layered Mayonaise sammiches. Those tasted better than this stuff IMO.

    Pork chops and Apple sauce
    Different, great for pork. I did on smoked pork chops and its pork chops and apple sauce all in one. Sweet apple flavor.

    Delicious and has a unique flavor. I used it on my sweet potatoes roasted in the oven. It's a keeper.
