It works how is supposed and what they say. Connecting computer is easy just plug eventually go on setting and make adjustments. TV is a little bit trickier. You need to plug a cable as they say and probably depending on TV you will need 3.5mm Stereo to Dual RCA Audio Adapter Cable, 3.5mm Female to Dual RCA Male (Red/White), 6 inch, what you can find here on Walmart too. And don't forget to go on TV setting and turn on TV speakers if you don't want to hear sounds on TV and headphones.

    will not pair with Bluetooth headsets
    could barely get it to pair with my cell phone couldn't get to pair with my Bluetooth headset at all (worthless.)

    Excellent little gadgets, they work absolutely fine and they do not have any "lag" between image and sound. I suggest the seller to re-do the instruction page because it seems it was done using Google or other translator, it takes some guessing to get it to work, but it's not the adapter, it's lack of correct information...!!!

    This works well to listen to my tv through headphones. It took a bit to pair and it doesn't work with earbuds, but it does the trick.
