Quality cheap. Product arrived damaged. Instructions in a language other than english. If I could give zero stars I would. Bad experience this time around. Will not recommend!

    Good value with solid construction
    I've been using this near daily since I got it. The construction is solid and the sliding portion you rest your knees on slides smoothly without catching. Pretty compact size, too.

    I've been home with baby and not able to go to gym, ordered this and so far has been great! It is very easy to put together and light weight! Highly recommend!

    Easy and good
    I ordered this work out bench during quarantine time to work out at home and it worked great. It is easy to put together, not that super heavy weight and good quality material. So far I am happy with my choice. In the future I plan to build a gym and I believe it will fit perfect my set of equipment.
