Fantastic service!
The package arrive before it was supposed to do which was amazing because I was waiting for it to move out to my new place. All the pieces were in perfect condition. And people from the currier helped to brig then package inside my room. Fantastic service!

NOT SATISFIED!!!
Packaging is horrible!!! Box was all banged up, no padding between the shelves so they are all scratched up. ! piece of wood was snapped in half. So after unpacking I would have to pack it all up and return it and wait several more weeks for another one. And now it won't allow me to upload my damaged photos, stating there was an error processing my file. Just a horrible experience!

    very easy to ensemble and good looking. it came with scratches but Walmart refunded a %, with the refunded amount, I bought some white paint and like new!

    Great sturdy product
    Very heavy duty and sturdy. Not difficult to put together, easy to read instructions. Like a few others, I almost did not order this due to the bad reviews. Yes, it is heavy, I took it out of the box where it was delivered and took it inside piece by piece, no problems. The pieces are not marked, another simple solution, look at the instructions and mark them yourself, again, no problems. I am glad I bought this and thinking of getting another one.

    Damaged, pieces not labeled
    This item came damaged in many areas. Scuffs, scrapes etc. The pieces also came without labels which made assembling very difficult.

    Best thing I've bought for awhile.
    This wardrobe is just great. I put dress pants, jeans, underwear, t shirts, socks and jackets. I just love it. It was a very good buy for me.

    None of the parts are labeled. The instructions are HORRIBLE! I would NOT have purchased this if I would've known I'd be guessing which part goes where from 1 single picture in the instruction manual. I am highly disappointed. The ONLY picture in the instruction manual for assembling the full unit is attached below.

    Great product horrible shipping.
    I really like this closet. However, the shipping was horrible. A corner and top of closet doors were damaged. Am keeping the item because my husband put it together and will touch up with paint. But I recommend these types of items be shipped to store and you pick up. This way you can inspect it at the store and reject it.
