    I've added this to my diet and exercise plan to give me a little boost in my weight loss after stalling. I've lost 4 lbs since starting this and I definitely have more energy throughout the day. I haven't had any issues with burping up an aftertaste like with some other supplements.

    Definitely helps to stay in ketosis but also there is no bitter aftertaste from the capsules and they are easily swallowed. Always make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day as well!

    For the price, I decided that this product contains alot of natural ingredients that I can take directly or already do. For example apple cider vinegar and a magnesium supplement among others.
