Nice Swing
easy to put up and all we needed a screw hook that we got at walmart,anyway it is comfortable to swing in or just sit in while looking at peoples passing by!the color is really pretty and my niece & nephew think this is just for them! So Sad...
I so wanted to love this chair hammock but it was not meant to be. Upon first impression, I was happy. The material is so soft and feels extremely sturdy and ready to stand up to the harsh Texas outdoor weather. The colors are gorgeous and bright. It came with everything needed to hang and seemed super simple. Unfortunately, this was when our first problem arose. Getting the hammock hung correctly and at the right height seems completely impossible. We have yet to get it hung perfectly after several attempts in multiple trees. Eventually we gave up on perfection and decided “good enough” was good enough. Then came the pillows. The pillows would not stay in the hammock and were constantly blowing out and all over the yard. Then came the wind. With our first gust of wind over 15 mph, which is completely normal in south Texas, the hammock blew into the tree limbs and never came back. It has been stuck up in our oak tree for over a week now. We no longer have a hammock but just a tree decoration that may stay there until it rots and falls out. I am beyond disappointed to say the least. If you must have this hammock, I recommend building a custom hanger so you can actually use it and keep it from getting stuck in the trees.

    Very Comfy and pictures to show how I adjusted.
    These are great swings, hammocks? that once set up and adjusted for you are very comfy. The area where the legs hang over did bother my wife's legs until she adjusted and found her comfy spot and the INCLUDED pillows helped in that a lot and we decided to add one more to the equation. We needed one up near the head and and well you should find your comfy zone. I am 5'8" and fit nicely and not sure how well 5'10" or larger would fit as I had to adjust and get pillow at my head area but after set up/very nice. I have 3 pics and two show how I double wrapped the tree limb on one side and on the other just looped through the ring a few times to adjust side to side leveling to help those having issues. I will mention that first time I didn't have the straps spread apart enough and the legs got squished so I moved them out further and it made it just right. Great very high quality product.

    Perfect hammock swing chairs
    These are awesome swings!! I have 2 heavier teens (250 ) and wanted something that would hold their weight but also be relaxing and hold myself and toddler when they weren't in them. These swings were perfect! They hold so much of your body and head, and the bonus pillows are so soft!! I just hung them on an old porch swing frame that we had and it worked perfectly. I'd definitely snatch these up again because they are exactly what I needed!

    You need a good tree branch!
    I love the colors of this hammock chair and when the weather warms up, I know it will be a cozy place to read a book. It is well woven, pillows are a little flimsy, but they are fine. The colors are just as pictured. There were no directions with this product on how to put this up--glad they are on this website to refer to. Unfortunately we do not have any branches to use so we had to buy ropes and hooks for swings in order to use it under the patio. My husband put it up, but he needs to adjust it. He has the straps too far apart. It will get a lot of use this summer for sure!

    Just a swingin as I'm writin this review
    I received this Hanging Hammock Chair in a blue and green stripe. It comes with 2 matching pillows, 2 S hooks and 2 black hanging straps. To hang our chair, we just wrapped the straps over our porch rafters, looped the D ring end through the looped end of the strap, added the S hook on each side and hooked the swing chair onto the opened end of the S hook- easy peasy! At first when we sat in it, it felt as if it hugged us a little bit to tight, so we had to loosen up the straps and slide them out just a bit, now it perfect. You can even install this hanging chair on a tree limb. The chair itself holds up to 330 pounds, we all piled in and it did hold us! I wish it would be a more neutral color, but the quality is great, so I'll overlook the color. The material it's made out of is like the authentic Mexican serape or blanket. This hanging chair is very easy to unhook from the S hook and get in at the end of day. We don't like to leave it out in the sun and weather, we would like to keep it new longer so we can enjoy it more:) :)

    Absolutely love these swings! I purchased 2 for my backyard and they are fantastic! Wonderful quality and very sturdy. I read a lot of comments before purchasing and found the pillows to be comfortable and full despite the many less than positive reviews about them. Neither chair came with instructions but they are easily found when you look through the product pictures on Walmart.com. I'm so happy with this purchase! All in all great product, great price, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Sturdy Swing
    The swing says it can hold 350 pounds, the stitching is sturdy and the material appears strong. I was not able to hang the swing, the branch we tried to hang it on could not hold weight, we will have to buy a stand or get some ceiling hooks to hang it. If you do have a branch to hang it on, just look at a picture of it hung up and it's really simple. If you just look at the pieces it's a little confusing. The black straps wrap around the branch and the s hooks connect the swing to the straps. I think the pillows are smaller than they look in the pictures. The pillows are about 13 inches square. We plan to take it camping with us, it will be a nice comfortable seat.

    Absolutely Amazing
    This hanging hammock is the best think that happen to me lately. It is perfect! Super easy to install, the material is really nice and resistant, colors are bright and the two pillows make it extra comfortable! Once you sit on it you would never want to get out! I install it on the the deck and it has become my favorite morning meditation spot, my kids love it too! It is the perfect place to sit and relax or read a book! If you are looking for a great hanging hammock I promised this is what you want.

    Great Hammock, Except...
    I've been holding off on this review, because I really do like the hammock, but the hanging of it has been tough - trying to come up with an easy way to hang it without the straps successfully - read on to hear why. First of all, this hammock is very pretty, with the red main color and multi-color stripes. The hardware seems very sturdy and the included straps are thick nylon. It's large enough for a good-sized adult to sit in it. It comes with: - Hammock - 2 little pillows - 2 hooks that go from the hammock to the straps - 2 looped-end straps with d-rings to hang from a beam What it does not come with, and really should: INSTRUCTIONS! So at first I was super excited to think that I would be able to hang the hammock from my porch beam without any extra hardware, after watching a YouTube video on how to hang a hammock chair (remember, there are no instructions in the package). Just throw the straps over the beam, run the d-ring ends through the looped ends, hook the s-hooks into the d-ring and the hammock loop and voila! A nice hammock to sit and enjoy the weather. That all worked out fairly well, EXCEPT the straps are too long, or my porch roof is too low, because the hammock was hanging an inch above the ground. When I sat in it, it was ON the ground. Even when we moved the straps all the way to each side, it wasn't high enough to sit in and be suspended above the ground. So, I thought that either I'll have to find a beam (or two tree branches) that's longer than 10', or a porch roof higher than 8', or hang it directly from the beam using bolts, leaving aside the straps. Using bolts, I would have to go to the hardware store and buy heavy-duty turnbuckle or long eye bolts and nuts, as well as drill through the porch beam. That is a lot of work, but it would then be very sturdy. But then, I realized that I could just loop the straps around and around the beam to shorten them. It worked perfectly, and I was able to get them short enough to hold the hammock off the ground. This is where instructions would come in very handy, because I just didn't immediately think about looping the straps over the beam to shorten, and people might just think it won't work and return it. It's nice to be able to hang a hammock without drills, extra bolts or anchors. The main thing that is needed here is instructions in the packaging.
