    So convenient
    Recently I've fallen in love with oatmeal and these little cups are just perfection. They are so convenient, you just grab & go. You just add hot water & it's ready in 2 minutes. They are also the perfect size.

    Poor packaging
    Item arrived smashed. Three boxes were shipped in a plastic bag. Not suitable for transport through a shipping system. Boxes were crushed and oatmeal was ripped open. Walmart shipping issue, not FedEx.

    Solid clump of brown sugar.
    Box has "Best If Used By" dated May 13 23 L 1 14 with Apr-22, MIT 70812045 4/22. The brown sugar in all bags was a solid clump, that did not dissolve in boiling hot water even after 15 minutes. We managed to use the high fiber oatmeal, but this was not the quality expected of Quaker.

    I have 2 - 8 serving boxes of High fiber Maple & Brown Sugar instant oat meal. Rock hard clumps that would not break with hammer or after microwave preparation.

    Issue with latest box
    I just bought a new box this weekend and all of the ingredients in with the oats are a rock hard lump. Hot water doesn't dissolve them. It's a new box, Exp date May 13, 2024. L 3 14. Very disappointing. Is this an issue with this batch? It needs to be corrected. Normally I would give this a 5 as it's my go to breakfast.

    Wet and Broken
    Wet and soggy and with glass slivers from the scentcy bulbs that was busted open inside a big walmart box that was to big for what was inside it ;the glass blubs and glass candles was on bottom of three containers of coffee and a box of oatmeal 12 envelopes) Way to big for its contents. The ups left them outside in the rain, didnt but a bag over them !
