I do like the chair. Just needed a bit more cushion so the seat isn't so hard. Over all it's a great product for bigger people. And so easy to assemble by yourself.

Dont buy this!, very poor quality
Poor quality, damaged parts ,defective back incline mechanism, the seat is to short and the fact that they call this a tall chair is laughable, and the back of the chair was scratched , the bonded leather is inferior, and the cover plate for the seat hydraulic piston was snapped off in 2 places

    the back of the chair doesnt slot on easy and still moves also the wheels are impossible to get out without hurting your hand i had to get a hammer to hammer them on but they are plastic so the whole time im afraid im gonna break them

    I love the chair but...
    I absolutely love the chair but i hadnt even had it 2 weeks and the arm rest broke.. the back also is sitting at an angle or something. Other than that the chair is comfortable and i can sit in it for a while without hurting.

    Decently comfortable chair, love all the different settings you can change to suit your needs. Wish the armrests were a bit softer, only negative I have was the chair came in damaged with a stripped bolt in the armrest.. but they were quick to help she fix the issue with warranty claim... love the chair so far.

    I ordered this chair as a birthday present for my grandson. Sadly he did not even get to try it out. The recliner lever on the right side would not move, zipper pull on back was missing as well as several other pieces. Chair was wobbly. I have started the process for return and am now looking for a place that will assemble and deliver a sturdy gaming chair.

    Tight Fit
    I am 382 pounds, 5 foot six, and this bottom is WAY too narrow for the legs. The back is comfortable but when I ordered this specific chair, I was hoping for a wide base AND wide back support. Unfortunately, its not. I will be returning. Also, assembling was fairly easy, it only takes about 30 minutes by myself. This chair would be good for a smaller size

    Perfect for a desk job for 8 hours of sitting
    I bought this for my big and tall husband for his office. He sits for work 8 hours a day. He loves it and his back doesn't hurt anymore as compared to his old chair. This chair supports him and adjusts to fit perfectly.

    Not Worth the Hefty Price
    I bout this last weekend and arrived quite fast. But in that haste, some of the parts were broken. Also, the seat is not very comfortable, and one of the seat edges was bent outwards more than the other.
