Incredible Chair
This has got everything you want in a chair. First, of course, the comfort. Great back and head support, smooth reclining, nice cushion. Second, the looks. Fantastic design that teenagers love. My son had to share the photo of it with his friends and was really proud. Third, great materials and build quality. Feels really sturdy and assembly was easy.

    Bought this for my son for Christmas. Major issues with this product. Metal pieces within the inside of the back of the chair were welded improperly, and broke off, eventually puncturing the leather back behind the seat. As well as that, the back part of the chair seemed to be crooked. Like if you were to look at it from the top, the left side would be farther back than the right. One other problem with it was that, recently, the part that connected the back of the chair to the hinge, that connected to the seat, seemingly broke off as well. Due to this, the chair ends up reclining on one side, without even pulling the lever to allow it to recline, making it feel kind of dangerous to even sit in it.

    Didn't include any of the hardware. Tsk Tsk.
    Bought a gaming chair for my son for Christmas and on Christmas Eve when we unboxed it to assemble, it didn't have any of the hardware, the shock or the wheels. Should have read the reviews from some of the other purchases where they didn't include half of the stuff in the box. Wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone.

    Do not waste your money
    The first chair we received broke on an upright supports in back of the chair many of the welds broke as well as the cross supports my son was just sitting and not doing anything excessive when it broke and after a long drawn out process the company did send a replacement chair but it broke in the same exact areas....this chair may be good for a small person but my teenage son is only 5'10" and about 200 lbs and this chair failed twice and was not even worth hassling with a second time.

    Did not receive all the parts
    Did not receive the arm rest to the chair. Been waiting for them to be sent. This was a birthday present for my son and very disappointing not to receive all of the parts.

    Poor engineering affects usefulness of this chair
    I really wanted to love this chair. It looked great, and I thought it would be a great addition to my office. Well, there were several problems starting with the metal parts had rush and corrosion already pushing the paint off the parts. Next, one of the 3 bolts required to hold the back in place would not go into the hole, because the threads in the hole had burrs (sloppy), and I had to then try to chisel out the burrs in the tiny hole so the bolt could attach. Finally assembled, I found that this was impossibly poor engineering. The back of the chair which is supposed to be adjustable is held in by a clamping mechanism, but if I put even the slightest weight against the back of the chair, it would keep leaning farther and farther backwards. The arms are attached with small bolts holding to plastic, and they swayed left and right resting my forearms on them. And finally the footrest; sigh, if you are a child, the footrest might work, but it is far too short (fullest length hit me just below the knee), and it is held on with lightweight plastic, so you don't dare put any actual weight on it. This chair is supposed to be rated for 300 pounds (which is my actual weight), but the flimsy design makes me think it is really intended for someone at half my weight (150 to 160 pounds). I thought that I was getting a good deal, but it was an utter fail. AND ON TOP OF THAT -I tried to return this chair to the local WalMart and they REFUSED to accept it; they said I had to disassemble the chair, get a return label, and then ship it back to the seller. I thought the purpose of buying FROM WalMart was to be able to return items TO WalMart. Evidently not - so I won't be buying anything more from this online store.

    Its an amazing chair dont get me wrong its terribly comfortable and works amazing but when it arrived the box was noticeably damaged and my chair came with a hole in it.

    Good but came with a manufacture defect.
    All and all pretty good chair. When I was assembling mine one of the nuts on the seat was installed incorrectly that almost made putting the left arm on impossible. Had to brute force the nut using the arm as a lever into the right spot so that I could attach the arm. Nova needs to get better quality control inspectors.

    I love this chair I got it for my boyfriends birthday I also had got another one for my son first from someone else and it was a hassle putting it together with no instructions this one was so easy and common sense Love it
