So far so good
Bought this for my 5 year old and so far it's perfect for him. Been riding a week about 2hours each day. I can't imagine older kids on this. My 8yo 80lb meatball gets on it and looks ridiculous and I'd rather him not break it so he's been banned to his scooter. With my little one of 40lbs, the suspension is fine, battery lasts 90 minutes, goes 15 mph and is exactly what I wanted. He has asked me if we can make it go faster but thankfully for my wife 15mph is all he gets lol.

Product is defective.
Quad is defective. We purchased one in March. After 4 days of use on in the backyard, the engine started making a large clanging sound. We were advised to send it to a authorized shop to be fixed. They were unable to get a part and we had to return it. I then bought a second quad thinking the first one was an anomaly. Within, 2 weeks, the second Quad did the same thing and no longer works. As you drive, bolts would fall off the wheels. This was the case on both quads. Very disappointed in the quality of the machines.

    Finally a GOOD surprise.
    Surprise!! Everything the advertising said!! Even delivered a day early and the delivery man was extra helpful! One happy Granddaughter. Even my son 38 y.o. road it a little just to check it out.

    I both 2 for my 7 yr old twin boys and they are in love with them.. 1 of the boys is alittle shy to try new things or speed but the speed is so easy to control that he is very comfortable riding it by himself.

    Defective Front Spindles
    We purchased this quad for our son, and shortly after 90 days of use, BOTH front wheel spindles snapped while he was on the vehicle. Our son was thrown from the vehicle in motion when the defective parts snapped. I have contacted Razor and have been told that the defective spindle parts are on backorder and to be patient waiting for them to arrive sometime in the future $650 to use a vehicle for 90 days is not worth the money and unacceptable. I am hoping that Razor is looking at a product recall as I now know that broken/defective spindles is not an isolated incident regarding this Quad in the Razor line based on other owners of this ride on have reported. It has been over 1.5 months since the replacement spindles were ordered and still have not received them.

    Not worth the $700
    Considering it says for 14yrs and up, it should be faster and bigger - for the $. Last complaint is the suspension. It doesn't work. I'm the Dad who purchased this for my 7, 9 and 13 yr old and my 185lbs could not compress the rear shock. I took a pair of large pliers and loosened the ring on the shock and it gave a little. Also let some air out of the tires so that they would absorb some of the shock. No front shocks. Kids look like they are rattling apart on anything other than grass.
