AMAZING SERVICE !!!
I needed a new chair for my room. I saw this chair, saw the reviews, used my own personal judgement to get it. I ordered it Saturday, May 15th, said it was gonna come in May 21st, but came in today !!!! Assembled fast, and it's so comfy!!!! I'm very satisfied with the delivery, you pay what you get, and the set up was easy! The remote is so easy to get to !!!

Besides being too short for my long legs, the massage is not as advertised. It seems to be about three inches at my waistline. Since shipment was delayed/lost. I Wonder if warehouse may have sent a returned recliner because the carton appeared to be damaged and resealed. Perhaps It can be repaired? I paid for that.

    This chair is comfortable and the massage is great
    This one is very comfortable, the massage is very good, and the foot rest goes up right where you want it to be. My husband loves it!

    I liked that the recliner is leather however it seems quite small for some adults! It looks like it would fit children more! And the vibration is the same speed and mode so i don't see a reason for a remote! I don't think that the recliner is worth what they want you to pay! I thinks that they should ask less for it!

    the chair is perfect..however the delivery person left the package out side on the step whereas anyone going by could have taken it..there is access to the lobby where other packages were left..if I was dishonest I could have said I never received it..terrible service!!!!!!

    I ordered this chair thinking i was getting a massage recliner chair months ago to set up on of my sitting rooms well to my serious i was sent a regular recliner that doesnt massage heat up or anything Im so mad i wont order anything from Walmart ever and i means this

    Good buy
    The recliner just vibrates. It just vibrates in 8 different patterns on your back. Its not an actual massage chair with some kick. It's still nice though. Easy assembly because it comes in 3 parts you snap together. It does recline into a full horizontal position. It's a firm seat, not fluffy. Still comfortable. Good material. Don't use a knife to open the box or you'll definitely cut the chair. Overall it's a good buy.
