Cheap and super good!
This is actually really good. Map it out on your window and just cut the excess. Use a sharp cutter because it'll make your life easier. On the bottom part where it sits, there's a double sided tape so when you put it on your window it won't move. But for me I didn't stick it because it just sits perfectly on my window. It has a half circle plastic thing, you put the blinds on the middle of the plastic thing (vertically) and it'll follow the curve of the plastic thing so it'll form an arch.

Broken products not worth the money
Item was broken into several pieces and there were no directions. Will not order from this company again.

    Easy!
This looks great and is SO easy to cut. You can literally cut it with a kitchen knife. I didn't have a horizontal bottom ledge/sill to affix this to so I affixed the plastic holder to the window frame. My shade did not come with tape as indicated in the instructions, so I used my own double sided tape. Be aware that these type of shades may discolor easily. The window shade on the bottom (different brand) is less than 5 months old and yellowed (previous owners of home apparently had not changed air filters).

    Exellent appearance.
Easy to install. I suggest using a plastic miter box and very sharp knife to cut the shade to length. be sure to install with the cut end in the center of the fan to hide any imperfections in your cut. My neighbors complimented the appearance of the shade in my front window.

    Good alternative for custom shades
I bought these shades for two half circle windows in my bathroom. The afternoon sun was so strong it was fading my cabinets and artwork etc. and it was so hot in there in the afternoon. Was going to have custom shades put in and then I ran across these. I figured for the price I would try them. They look great. It was very easy to cut them down to size, just measure the height of the arch and then cut the shade to the same measurement. Shade is marked for cutting and I used a regUlar paring knife. Then just slip into the base and you have an instant shade! You can use the adhesive that is attached to keep it supported but I found I didn't have to for my windows. Highly recommend.

    Redi Shade SUPER easy!
The Redi Shade was so easy to cut and put up. I get compliments on it all the time! Still lets in light but no one can see inside. The only thing I recommend is while cutting make sure its a smooth cut. I used a small razor blade and stopped half way through so there was a little 'bump' that I had to cut down a bit to fit in the window. You just measure your window then use the ruler on the Redi Shade and cut while its still folded. Simple and looks great!

    Great Shades and Quick Shipping
My husband is not a handyman but he did a great job installing the shades. The fabric material looks better than I thought it would and the shades cover the windows without blocking the sunlight completely. You still get a little light or you can install them with the option to open in the daytime or do not glue them at the bottom to remove in the daytime. There are several ways to install, see sample photos. I am really happy with my purchase.

    One Tip to Consumers
Great, easy to install product. I have one tip to share before you use this product. The product allows you to cut down the shade to size, just by using a sharp box cutter or something similar. It was an easy cut to make. However, when I measured my window according to the directions and then drew a line on the product where I was going to cut - you MUST hold your mark up to the window before you make the actual cut. Mine would have been cut too short - maybe the ruler on the product is off a little. So, I actually cut mine a little longer than the directions indicated. You should be aware so you don't cut the shade too small when it is fanned out.

    Looks AMAZING
We bought this as a temporary fix for our new home and I see no reason to replace it with something more expensive. I suppose if it gets worn out or really dusty we will get something else. But it looks beautiful and I can't believe it cost less than $25. With it being up so high above our large floor-to-ceiling windows, no one can tell that it's basically paper. Looks really good and blocks out the light enough that my husband and I aren't woken up at the crack of dawn. It is definitely transparent and so light certainly gets in, but if the sun is shining in your window like it was ours, it shades terrifically. Also took about 10 minutes to install.

Great value compared to $$$ for fabric shades.
Have enough material to replace if paper gives out in a year or so. Can buy many, many shades before I come close to regular shade prices! Would like to see in off white color in addition to optic white.
