I cannot believe that I've used 50 GB in 10 days. I have 1 tablet and 1 Kindle connected to wi-fi and that seems awful excessive. I do not understand this mobile hotspot thing and nobody has really explained it to me. I changed my rate plan but it still seems like it just gobbles the data up. Please talk to me in layman's terms.

    Great product, problem with shipping
    The reason for 2 stars is for the shipper, I paid for 2 day delivery ($60), item was delivered on day 3, contacted shipper and was to receive a partial credit, I have been waiting 5 days for this to show on my account and receive a confirmation email regarding this credit. Not a very happy customer due to this incident. I give 5 ⭐️ For the router, it works perfect and would buy the item again if needed. Walmart, maybe you can give a rating on the item and the shipper to make it easier for reviews.

    Not high-speed internet
    I was looking for a hotspot device and the rep at my local store recommended this device since we're looking for a good amount of monthly data. - I got 1 Mbps up and 5Mbps down (I also tested with an external YAGI antennas, but it was still 10x slower than the speeds I was getting with my Google Fi device in the same spot)

    What is there to rate it's been weeks and the unit still does not work Too many hours on the phone with tech support just to still have a non functioning unit Ready to try another company Giving this experience one star is one to many

    Service is great, love the fact that you can conne a home phone to the back of the unit. we have multiple devices connected at once and there is no buffering what so ever. I would give this a five star rating but my only complaint is there is no option for larger data plans or a truly unlimited data option to purchase.

    Best budget for a youtuber
    I bought this just for my YouTube channel so i can upload live stream ect cause my dsl is only 4mbps and this thing is fast. Usually 1 hiur live stream is 1.3gb and uploading at 15 min 1080p 30fps is 1 gb. So far zero issues.

    It obviously doesn't work unless you are in a metropolitan area. I'm so over the amount of money ATT is making on me and NOTHING I have of theirs works worth anything. I'm looking for all 3 services I have with them with other vendors. DONE!

    Love the wireless option.
    This is the ideal remedy for getting a landline for an elderly without the hassle of waiting for installers, etc. It works perfectly.

    We have not been able to get good wireless service in this rural area and deep in the woods and were quite discouraged. Went this method was suggested we were ready to give it a try. We have not gone through an entire billing cycle as of yet but so far we are very happy with the speed of our internet. Best thing we've had so far.
