Great buy !!
Received my MacBook 2 days ago. So far its been love at first sight!! There are no scratches or dents, the compact size is convenient, it was already updated to the latest software. I havent had any hiccups thus far. Great buy for a great price:)

How can I start the process to return the computer that I bought? I would like to return the product, it does not work correctly, the screen falls off, it is too dirty, it has mold at the entrance of the electricity battery charge the pantaya has dirty but thick dirt ... it is cheap but I think it does not meet the minimum of cleaning even

    DON NOT BUY. ABSOLUTE CRAP.
    DO NOT BUY. Doesn't charge well. Charger won't stick the laptop either. Looks like crap

    The package came nice. It came with the MacBook and the charger. Of course it had a few dents but the MacBook was wonderful. I was very exited to unbox and I am not regretting to buy this purchase. It came on the day it said. And it runs the latest update! Highly recommend if you want a cheap refurbished macbook!!!

    Excited but disappointed
    Arrived on time. No original package but expected that. Has some minor scratches and dings along edge. For a refurbished product expected that but was hoping for a more like new condition. I did have issues logging into my Apple ID but resolved that. Unfortunately, powers cord looks good but it is not working. Screen says no power connected
