Surprised yet happy at the outcome
I was at first apprehensive about the initial purchase just based on the reviews, however, I was shocked. No dents, scratches, and it performed exceptionally well for what I needed it for. I guess its more of a hit or miss for others but I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

Would not recommend
This product is not very good because at first glance I thought is was ok but when I opened the computer it did not turn on. It took time before it finally turned on and I was able to start setting it up. The computer was bulky, not something you would like to carry around with you. The computer was extremely slow and for everything that you pressed it loaded and when I finally set the computer 10 minutes already passed. When I tried to open safari to get to chrome, it took forever. Finally, something that I did not like about this computer is that the key to power the computer was not on the keyboard it was on the outside of the keyboard. But what I did like is that the packaging is really good it came in bubble wrap. Last but not least It was too heavy for my 11 year old frame! I don't recommend this computer!

    Help me lol
    I love the shipping because it I received it earlier then I expected I purchased a MacBook Pro!! I love it but after three days the screen went black I can't get in touch with anyone so knowing that I'm stuck with a MacBook that can't use sucks lol

    It does not tell actual description of laptop soft
    This laptop was from a school in Chicago and does not allow me to set up what I need to use it. A waste of money! And the seller does not respond yea it was refurbished but why did it still have the school info that I can't log into

    disappointed
    Very disappointed with this laptop. was not expecting it to be so laggy. To be honest it takes long just to log on. Doing basic functions forget it. This laptop should have never been sold in my opion. I was not expecting the fastest, but did not expect to go back to dial up either. Sadly disappointed and basically still with out a usable laptop.

    the computer I bought would not charge after the first week.I sent a email to the address provided and responded in less then a hour told me to try something and the next day when that didn't work they sent me a label no questions asked and I got my new computer 10 days later, would recommend them highly

    Don't Buy It, Waste Of Money
    So when I bought it I needed it for school that's all. At first it was somewhat decent I tried updating the computer it wasn't working and I didn't try until recently. Mind you I bought it in August and didn't use it for much at all until January. That's when I updated it twice. I started to do extremely mild gaming on it and it started rebooting by its self I couldn't even open Safari and the messaging app. Then I called Square Trade to help me with my computer and we did a diagnostic test which showed everything hardware wise was completely fine with the computer. Tried reinstalling Mac OS and I can't even log in to the computer. Then they're telling me that it's in a “very bad condition” when it was perfectly fine the day prior when I did the diagnostic test. Make that make sense

    Product all damaged and don't work
    used laptop, power source is not original, there are big scratches all over the notebook, on the bottom all damaged and missing the erasers, it doesn't work properly, it didn't comply with the delivery deadline, esrou requesting the return.

    HORRIBLE!! It came with dents I didn't mind bc I was just going to get a case but I realized they sent the wrong charger!! When I get the charger it won't let me put my iCloud in and it needs an update but won't let me update it and my wifi is strong. PLS PLS DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY
