This is the 4th IPad I have purchased from here. I have had some issues with the Touch ID not working for some reason? Not sure if theres a simple fix for this or if I need to return it? Anyone know? Its not a huge deal since its for my kids school but would be nice to fix

Bad "Refurbished"
We bought this as a refurbished unit and upon it's arrival we discovered the headphone jack corner was physically damaged by a previous dropping event that distorted the screen, case and made the jack inoperable. This unit was not "Refurbished" at all. Very disappointing and a total waste of time.

    This IPad is just as good as the one I bought brand new from Best Buy. It cost less and has more GB. I can see no flaws on the IPad, looks new to me!
