Huge Disappointment
The product as so many scratches and marks on it. It’s not used refurbished it’s a used one. We have a good opinion on Walmart. Please do not try to disappoint your customers. You could have mention about the scratches in description.

    Battery 74% 75% 78% 78% I bought 4 iPhone The battery of these devices is very damaged, they have less than 79% and require a change, a bad product that is too used

    Good phone
    The item came the expected date. The phone appears to be as described. I had no issues activating the phone with my current carrier. It came charged and included the charging cable and block. I will update if any issues but so far so good. Happy with the purchase.

    A lump of coal for Christmas
    The 1st phone I ordered for my son was lost in transit 5 days before Christmas. I ordered another one from them listed in “Very Good Condition “! This one arrived 2 days after Christmas and was in horrible condition. Scratches on 70% of the phone screen and had been dropped several times. I reached out to the seller and no resolution was even offered so I’ll take my money elsewhere. Glad my kid understands the real meaning of Christmas!
