it definatly earned a 5 star from me. my phone was like brand new. hardly any scratches no chips or cracks. tho only thing that was wrong with it is that it was dirty but a cleansing wipe took it right off. and the battery aint like it should be but its still great!!! it was definatly worth the money

Wont hold a charge for long
The iPhone I got wont hold a charge longer than 30 mins. My daughter loves it but is constantly charging it. Im gonna have to sent it back.

    Why sale phones that do not work?
    These phones are not compatible with my phone company and when I tried calling someone about a return and a refund no answer the office is closed due to Covid I brought my kids different iPhones now these two waste of money phones sit in the closet collecting dust!!!! They forced me to give the one star because I'd give zero!!!!

    charger not working and cellphone itself its always hang up. need to switch on and off or reset to start up.. poor review. need to return the item.

    Beware Third-Party Sellers.
    Did not get what I ordered. The phone I received was SIMILAR to what I ordered, but not the same specs. Also, I paid extra for "expedited shipping", but they never physically shipped it until the day I was supposed to receive it. This item was NOT refurbished -- it has chips and dings all over it. It was factory reset, and is usable. Also -- it was shipped in a Post Office cardboard box, wrapped in one layer of foam. That's it. No paperwork, not even a charger/cord! When I ordered this, I did not realize it was a third-party seller, rather than Wal-mart. If I had, I would not have ordered, because of problems like this.

    The phone has to be charged at least 5 times a day. I realize it's refurbished, but I was hoping for something that actually worked. Returning the product is a hassle.

    Unable to activate
    No activation information!! Tracfone is stating they cant not activate the phone. Apparently since it was not purchased from the store there is no way for them to "see the phone" in their system. Tried calling the 3rd party who shipped the phone. no answer. BUYER beware! My son will be unhappy on Christmas if we can not get this activated!
