A Waste of My Time
The monitor was great for a Windows machine; however, for my MacBook Air, it would not work. Dell needs to make these monitors that are compatible with Apple computers.

    I love it
    I was hesitant at first to purchase the monitor due to a lot of negative feedback but needed a 2nd monitor quickly for a new job and d8dnt have a lot of $ to spend. I am glad I went with this monitor. I just got it today and hooked it up and already loving it. It doesnt look refurbished, it looks brand new. It is the perfect size and the picture is awesome. The new monitor is on the left of the pic and when I can I am going to order another monitor to replace the old monitor on the right. Shipping was super quick. I was quoted Thurs and got it today (Monday), 3 days sooner than quoted. It was packaged great with a lot of bubble wrap in the box as well as around the monitor. I will be doing business again real soon.

    Incorrect Cords to Connect to the Monitor Itself
    The incorrect cord cam that connects to the cord itself and I am unable to connect it to my Monitor to anything. At present, I have no way to tell if it works. Super disappointed as I bought this while traveling. Will update this review - if I receive any assistance or feedback from the seller.

    Excellent Used Monitor
    I got a good one. Vendor must have substituted a better model. Mine came with VGA, HDMI, DV, and two USB connectors. Came with a VGA cable and a power cord. The monitor is dated Aug-2012, but was clean and looked brand new with no scratches. The 19" screen size is 16" by 10" (not a 5:4 ratio) but ratio did not matter. After testing for 36 hours continuously on, the picture looks clear and fine. It passed my 24 hour test. Much better picture than than the older 15" monitor I replaced. Monitor arrived 3 days early, tightly wrapped in a bubble sleeve and packed between Styrofoam chunks. See the photo of the connections. Used monitors are pot luck, I got a good one, and recommend it.

    Doesn't Have a HMDI port
    I work from home as a contract employee and I needed an extra screen since a job I was interested in required dual monitors. Didn't realize that all monitors don't come with a HMDI port; so this monitor is completely useless to me. Wish I had read the specifications on this monitor. I even bought a 2 year protection plan. Oh, well that will teach me to make sure and read ALL THE INFORMATION.
