    Could not assemble the monitor stand
    The company sent a standard Dell Y Computer Stand. They sent it needing to be assembled, but they did not include the screws necessary for that assembly. When contacted, the company said they would sent a replacement stand or the necessary screws. They have done neither.

    It's only VGA compatible so unless your computer, laotop, or desktop that you plan on connecting it to has a VGA outlet it won't work; There's not a HDMI connect on it...

    My fault. I didn't read the product description.
    This is a DESKTOP monitor. I needed it as a second screen for my laptop but it didn't have HDMI. Heavier and bulkier than I expected.

    Bummed
    Disappointed! I bought this to go with my son's computer that he got for Christmas. We spent our budget on the computer and so we were hoping to save by getting a refurbished monitor. Unfortunately, only half of the monitor worked. Hopefully the company will be easy to deal with on a replacement, I will update accordingly.

    Easy to setup with no problems for a non computer person. the screen size was what I had before . Also this monitor replaced another dell which I had for over 10 years. these products are reliable and durable.
