Poor Support
I received two PCs on this order. One works fine and the other was dead on arrival. I called Joy support on 9-9-16 around 9 am Mountain time. After holding for about 30 minutes I was able to get a case # opened and was told I would get a call later on to discuss my problem. I never received a call back, so I called again on 9-12-16. After holding for about 20 minutes my call was answered and I was transferred to another group that determined that I need to have the PC replaced. I was sent a FedEx sticker that I have attached to the PC and sent back for replacement. I should receive the replacement In a week or two and hopefully it works.

    Good for the price
    Works fine after a few tweaks. Was having issues recognizing my Dell Monitor, but after a while, fixed the issues. Good for the price

    Buy a new computer to avoid situations like this.
    I disliked my purchase because I believe once they get their money, it's hard to get anyone to assist me. This is my 2nd refurbished computer and I'm out of money that is much needed.

    Refurbished Dell 760 Desktop
    I believe this was my first furbished desktop purchased, cause I bought two. My first refurbished desktop ran o.k. However it had a grinding noise if laid flat. It would not download windows updates either. So I returned it and ordered another. The second one did not work at all and returned it as well.

    This computer was exactly what I needed and was a bargain at the price, in my opinion. It came up clean and easy to validate the operating system which was Windows 7 Pro. Extremely satisfied!

    Refurbished Dell 760 Desktop
    This is my 2nd purchase of a Refurb'd Dell. For the cost, it's a great desktop. It's fast, got a nice windows 7 on it and it does all that I expect from a computer. Perhaps more. I got a great deal. (Again)...and just in case it might fail at any point in the near future, I got a $17.00 warranty. I feel like I robbed the bank. uh...walmart. :-)
