    Great refurbished PC
    I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished desktop PC. I am happy that I did. The processing speed is amazing! Speedy shipment and packaging had no damage. Easy setup. Highly recommend.

    CPU is smaller than I expected, which isn't bad, but there's no room in the case for anything. The DVD drive, for example, is a slimline model like a laptop would use. My unit included a cheap mouse and keyboard, which is nice (the description says it just comes with a power cord) but really, really cheap; the mouse didn't work. Typical of these mini-towers, the power unit is a long, slim unit that's probably expensive to replace. The specs were as advertised except I got a much better CPU (Core i5-4590 @ 3.30GHz; about 14% better benchmark). I have no idea how reliable it will be, but I mainly worry that the 2TB disc (mine's a wdc wd2003fyys-02w0b0) might wear out sooner. If that worries you, you might want to buy a Chromebook instead. In case anyone cares, CentOS 7 Live Gnome runs great and that's what I'm going to be running. FWIW, Dell seems to support Red Hat and Ubuntu.

    I bought this computer knowing it was reworked, But I found out the HARD DRIVE WOULD NOT WORK. I HAD TO GO TO A COMPUTER SHOP AND HAVE A NEW - HARD DRIVE PUT IN.

    Not happy
    Bought for granddaughter for homework. She didn't start school til the 20th of Sept, cuz of the covid. So it was already out of warranty. Quite quickly the computer starting to blue screen, even in safe mode. The Dell hard drive had issues. Then the computer kept slowing down, found there was a bad stick of (4 GB) memory.

    Horrible experience
    Rec'd the computer and it had a bunch of black tar like stuff all over it. It took me 10 minutes of scrubbing to get it off my hands and the keyboard was the biggest piece of junk, it was damaged and had silver gunk all over it. Going to return it right now. Was sold through Walmart.com by Discount Computer Depot!
