Sometimes you get lucky
Refurb is obviously used. Mine might as well have just been open box. Works fine, didnt notice any blemishes. For the price I paid ($15.00) it was a steal.

Complete waste of money
Just bought this headset and the seller did not include the dongle too connect it too my xbox will be returning this as I am unable too use it.

    Junk. Supposedly refurbished but has scratches and gashes all around the power button and the power button doesnt turn the things on.
