    Good product but often out of stock at the store

    I purchased these to replace the Microlet lancets in a newly bought device, and have noticed that they don't require as deep of a puncture setting as the Microlet's to get the same amount of blood, and when set to that lower setting it doesn't hurt at all for me. I saw some reviews regarding these were painful for some, and I'd recommend if you're using a lancing device that has adjustable puncture settings, to start back at the lowest setting when you first get them. These are great, affordable, and feel exactly the same when the puncture settings are changed as the original Microlet's did. Great product.

    Making life easier for diabetics!
    I'm a big fan of these lancets. I hate pricking my finger for glucose readings, but these make getting readings a breeze! The needle is so thin that you can barely feel it. (Just make sure you don't use the same finger repeatedly, as your finger will get calloused over time).

    Will be looking for different lancets. 30 gauge is too thick. Hurts. Relion needs to give us a 33 gauge.

    Ultra thin makes it easy
    These ultra thin lancets make the poking process to get blood so much easier. Its quick and less painful. Thats definitely a plus if you have to check your sugar multiple times a day. I only use ultra thin.
