My first flat iron is the best flat iron!
I love this straightner my hair is poofy and curly and I always used to have it in a ponytail because everyone made fun of my hair but because of this straightner I can let my hair down and not hear any mean things come out of peoples mouths instead I get compliments :)

Wrong collor
I was looking forward to the arrival of the purple flat iron because it would be a gift for a friend and there is something symbolic for us the purple color, and it only went wrong because the flat iron came in black, and clearly the flat iron is used because it has some scratches. I cannot return it because I promised to deliver it today so that she can use it for an important appointment tomorrow, I'm extremely sad

    These are the best flat iron I ever purchased! I definitely didn't expect these are to really get my hair this straight. I will be purchasing the bigger ones in the future. Also the flat iron heat up 450 F with a 30 second heat up and 8 digital heat setting.

    Not what was described!
    I received my straightener which was supposed to be a Remington purple and I got a Remington black which is obviously not the same color! Very disappointed in Walmart for sending the wrong color.

    Not Purple as pictured!
    Not Purple as shown, Product description (photo) is incorrect. I bought this in the past, but they must have changed the straightener but not updated the description. The straightener I received is not purple, but black with purple plates. Same goes for the purple blow dryer by Remington sold here on Walmart (shows purple but is all black with purple accents). They both work well, but clearly it's not fair to order something in one color and not get what you ordered.

    Great for extremely coarse hair
    my hair is extremely coarse, frizzy, and curly all at once. this flat iron is the best that I have ever came across. It leaves my hair straight, healthy looking, and vibrant. I feel like thise commercials where the women shake their luxurious hair. It also is saving me money because I dint have to get my hair done as often . Walmart once again proves why it's the best !!!

    Good daily use flat iron
    This is a great flat iron, it does the work perfectly, good temperature, i recommend it for daily use. I give it 4 stars only because electricity cord is very short.

    Flat iron works as described. It is smooth and does not have ridges that catch and pull the hair. Temperature is easy to control. Heats and cools quickly.

    NOT the same hair straightener they switched it
    I used to love my purple straightener I have bought two of them in a row because they're so cheap you can just throw them out if they start to get the burnt hair straightener smell. I went to go buy another one and this is the one that they replace the purple one with it is the same serial number but it is NOT the same straightener this one goes up to 450 degrees. the purple one goes up to 410 degrees they are nowhere near the same if you try using 410 degrees on the black one it is not the same as the purple one it burns your hair I literally can smell my hair burning when I straighten my hair. I'm definitely returning it Unfortunately they ruined an amazing product.
