    Stay away from refurbished
    Battery is already gone bad. I will not buy anymore refurbished items from Walmart. I have much better luck with Amazon.

    Refurbished, what can I say?
    When buying anything refurbished you just have to hope for the best. In my case I did receive a refurbished Apple iPad 6th Gen 128GB but in a color I didn't order and a battery that drains rather quickly without heavy use. I contacted Tech Exchangee, the company who shipped the item, to try and resolve the mixup but was unsuccessful.

    I just paying for prime, but I got a poor package!
    The iPad was in the condition how it was described, but the way this iPad was sent is beyond description and defies description.

    They said this item look like new but when I received it, there are couple big dent on the back of the case. This item is definitely over advertised and under delivery

    Almost like having a new one.
    My old iPAD gave up on me They want more to repair it than I could buy this restored one. So far this one has worked just fine. I have no trouble downloading from the cloud or surfing the web.

    Volume button not working. Not fully tested
    Don't buy refurbished. It is not fully tested. One of the basic testing is testing all the buttons. I bought this for my daughter. From the first day she turned the volume down and she couldn't turn it up again. I'm disappointed. I'll return it back.
