Poor Service and a stolen phone
This company sold me a stolen phone when I took the phone to have it activated and I was advised that it was blacklisted and that I could not get the service. I have reached out to the company several times to remedy the situation and have not gotten any response. I will advise Walmart that this company who is a third party company represents there site as well. I wanted to get my niece a phone because she broke her old phone and now she has to wait until I can find another phone. Walmart can someone contact me about this company.

    Very disappointed and want this fixed
    I thought my phone was fine up until today. I received my phone on July 15th and today on July 19th my screen stopped working out of nowhere. That's lasted for about 5-10 minutes and then went back to normal. After about another 5-10 minutes it was messed up again.

    Very scratched clase c
    screen too scratched edges of the phone scratched, battery at 89% very bad physical conditions almost class c I expected it in better conditions, it was to give as a gift but I am embarrassed to give it as a gift

    Good phone, unable to switch service, returned it.
    Phone arrived in good condition, no scratches no dents. I returned the phone, because metro pcs was unable to switch my service into the phone. I am still waiting on my refund.

    Not exactly refurbished
    When I received the phone the metal part of the SIM card tray was cracked. There were scratches on the glass on the back and around the speaker on the top of the phone. The screen protector on it also had some scratches on it. If you are going to order a refurbished phone I recommend ordering a Grade A refurbished phone.
