Great Product, Awesome Price!
Arrived quickly and packaged securely. I had to complete the software updates, and there are some deep scratches on the back, but the screen is in perfect condition and the phone works great! The camera is amazing!!This was my first refurbished purchase and I'm very satisfied.

    its a used phone people
    some people appear to not be able to accept the fact they are buying a USED PHONE, this would cost you 600 brand new 214 plus tax is a STEAL as I write this review on the galaxy I bought. of course, it has a few small scratches but it's used get over it or buy something brand new

    A wonderful snappy upgrade from the Galaxy Note 8!
    I love this phone I was previously using a galaxy note 8 and this is like a direct sequel. Its better in every way! (I don't care about headphone jack the Bluetooth is wonderful.) This phone is flawless with the Consumer Cellular Network. It can overheat if you are careless or do lots of updating. It does not suffer with gaming or every day usage however. The previous owner charged it too often and the battery sensor was confused all you need to do is let your phone get to less than 15% but not 0% and then full charge it. After the 3rd time the phone has the correct battery specs again.

    Lost 2 services because of this phone it is not unlocked as advertised and it is not worth the money no sim card works with it

    Bad advertising
    The screen is badly scratched, and the screen it came with was broken. When I tried to replace the screen protector I could see how baldy scratched the screen. The screen protector was basically glued on the screen which made it difficult to take off. Corners of the phone are also badly scratched.

    walmart lost a customer
    it says its unlocked for any carrier its not and the phone is reported lost or stolen and have to wait for my refund which its going to take 2 weeks plus walmart alao cancelled two of my other orders not happy at all

    Faster than my Motorola G7 optimin Maxx. I was leery of buying a refurbished new phone but am very happy with it. The only defect i see is on the upper right case a small chip. But you cant see it with a case on. Im happy with the price too.

    You've got to be kidding.
    There's no way this phone is anything close to "like new." The screen was absolutely butchered with multiple gouges and scratches over the entire face. Imagine what the internals look like if the face is this screwed up. I had my Samsung Note 9 years with no screen protector and mine isn't nearly as bad as this. Someone really had to work hard to gouge the latest Gorilla glass that much. Then to put it in a box and sell it as "refurbished" or "renewed" or whatever term they use, that's just a dishonest and pathetic business.

    10/10! Great Phone!
    I was kind of scared to buy a used phone but once it arrived I was pretty surprised! It came as described it came with screen protector already on it! It only had a few tiny scratches but they aren’t noticeable from a distance. I plan on getting a new battery later on to keep in good shape!
