Great Buy
I bought these for my kids and couldn't be happier. They arrived quickly and in great condition, even though they were refurbished. They were unlocked and I bought a prepaid plan and they were set up quickly with the eSIM functionality. Kids love them and great to be able to keep an eye on their activity with the Apple family management. Highly recommend.

Phone was tied to someone’s phone provider!
This was a birthday present for my daughter. When the phone arrived earlier than expected I was elated. Tried to activate the phone on my phone plan. The phone came back stolen and was tied to someone’s cellphone provider! Crushed my daughter when I told her that I had to send it back and order it from somewhere else.

    Bad battery on so called refurbished device
    The price was good. The phone however is Not refurbished/like new. The battery health is at 81% which is worse than the iPhone 7 I am replacing. They should be clear in description that this device would NOT be like new and instead be in a very used condition.

    It came with a scratched screen , I understand that it is refurbished but come on its a gouge in the screen. Do better.

    Don't waste your money
    I took it to Verizon and they weren't able to activate it because the device wouldn't read any SIM card, so it's useless and I will absolutely be returning it

    I RECEIVED A LOCKED PHONE, NOT UNLOCKED AS SPEC'D.
    iPhone I received was in good physical shape but unfortunately it had a locked SIM and not unlocked as specified. Went through a lot of trouble and effort to activate with my carrier even reached out to Apple for support but none of the efforts worked. They advised me to contact seller as my last option. Not sure if seller will send me a replacement or provide info to help unlock as I do not know who the previous carrier was. I am somewhat confused how this phone could remain locked if it is a "Refurbished" phone.

    The screen was scratched up a little and the sims cars port was missing I was kind of shocked because it came from Walmart and not Amazon but it was missing an important part and was damaged I had to use the port to my old phone it doesn't fit properly so I have to order a new one
