Excellent phone!
My son wants to upgrade from his iPhone 6 , he doesnt like large and heavy phone, iPhone SE was a perfect choice! Its very fast with latest chip and hes so happy. Im happy because I didnt spend a lot of money for the latest iPhone compared to other new iPhone models.

i ordered a new unlocked phone for my daughter for Christmas. she opened it up on Christmas morning and it doesn't work. we take it to our carrier and they said the phone is defective. i paid $426 for something that doesn't work and broke my daughter's heart on Christmas morning. i thought this year I was going to finally get her a nice gift. but instead I got junk so heartbroken right now. i need a refund ASAP. please

    Bad battery on so called refurbished device
    The price was good. The phone however is Not refurbished/like new. The battery health is at 81% which is worse than the iPhone 7 I am replacing. They should be clear in description that this device would NOT be like new and instead be in a very used condition.

    Phone was tied to someone’s phone provider!
    This was a birthday present for my daughter. When the phone arrived earlier than expected I was elated. Tried to activate the phone on my phone plan. The phone came back stolen and was tied to someone’s cellphone provider! Crushed my daughter when I told her that I had to send it back and order it from somewhere else.

    Nice, new SE 2020 but be sure to check SIM card!
    If you do not want to use Verizon as your cell phone service provider be sure to PULL THE SIM CARD OUT BEFORE TURNING ON THE PHONE. My son did not heed my warning and thought it would be ok to start to set up the phone. IT IS NOT OK. Now he as to stay with Verizon for at least 60 days. Then he will switch to Visible which uses Verizon towers but at a fraction of the cost on a prepaid plan.
