Using Revlon Clippers for Decades
My family has been using assorted Revlon brand clippers since the 1980s. Revlon nail clippers can handle old man thick funky toenails or easy thin nails without damaging toenails.

Broke after a few months
Terrible dual cutter design. Or maybe just poor execution. One of the hinges came out (on the curved cutter) rendering that one useless which is the only side I needed.

    Great, but probably shouldn't exist.
    I did not realize that it is basically two nail clippers put together. Whoops. Still useful, but I'd prefer two separate ones.

    I've always had good luck with this clipper. It does the job and it does not break the bank. It's also found at lots of different stores so it's easy to find.

    I have to wonder if whoever designed these clippers actually used them? Sure they are mighty strong but the dual ended design is a fail. You constantly have the pointy ends dig into your hands as you trim your nails. Moreover the handle from the opposite end keeps getting in the way as well.

    I love having curved on one end and straight on the other. They work excellent - so well, in fact, that I can trim my cat's claws with them better than a pet claw trimmer!

    Foolish design.
    Whoever thought this design up wasn't possibly thinking it through. While it is convenient to have both types of nail clippers built into one, I am regularly pinching or cutting my index finger on the hand used to squeeze the clippers. Flawed design.
