2nd roku purchase
Bought this streaming stick after using the roku xd model (which had a short in it) and it works beautifully. Bought my first streaming stick for my grown daughter who is very pleased with its performance. I actually like the stick better than the xd model. Good job roku!

Roku joke stick
Don't expect the remote to work well with the stick. I had to keep syncing the remote with the stick until I got tired of it and returned it for a Roku TV. Now that remote works great.

    Great Product
    The Roku stick was extremely easy to set up and very convenient. The only thing is that upon start up, the picture is very grainy. It does clear up after a few minutes and I have to completely exit out of the device or my tv will power back on.

    After purchasing smart TV's w/Roku installed, and getting lousy service on VERY expensive & high speed internet... I would still chose that over any solid unit ( this is my 3rd) seems to have a death sentence from the moment I buy it. When I have had problems: internet company blames Roku, Roku blames internet company... so I have never had problems resolved... Then!!! If Ur unit is over a year old no one will talk to u at all, unless you purchased extra warranty.I have a new policy: Tell Ur kids if its under $100 than do not expect to see it at the end of a year, regardless of what it is. Save Your money and buy smart TV

    Good but slow
    I've had one of the roku boxes in the past. This model does everything it did and is a good little device that makes watching TV without cable or satellite wonderful and enjoyable. This version seams to be slower than the old box that I had but it does get the job done.

    Small but powerful
    The streaming stick is very compact but offers most of the features that the other Roku lines offers. It's handy to take along with you when you travel as well, as long as you have wifi, and remember to take it with you when you leave. One drawback is so far it doesn't offer Shomi or Crave as apps.

    Easier to use that smarTV
    Purchased a Linksys Wi-Fi Range Extender last month, and Linksys included a free Roku Stick! Wow! I like the Roku products, and this replaces an older Roku box. The best thing about this: Easily accessing Netflix, Amazon and Google for video. The worst thing about this: It's behind the TV, so the connection with the wireless controller is delayed or flaky.

    Stick Good. Remote Sucks.
    The stick works well. It has made my non-smart TV seem quite smart. The remote has given me nothing but issues. Since the first day I used it, the remote has been losing its connnection. Then I need to unplug the roku and reset the remote to get connected again. I installed the Roku app on my phone, and that works perfectly. Plus it has the added feature of giving me a keyboard on which to type when I do searches. The remote went in the junk drawer.

    Roku streaming stick
    I bought this a few weeks ago and really like it. So easy to install. Only issue is that because of the location of my HDMI ports on my TV I could only use it if I hung the TV on the wall. The base interferes with installation. However I did purchase a 90 degree HDMI adapter that would allow this to be used with the stand. Just remember to think about where your HDMI ports are located on yr TV when purchasing the stick
