    No Customer Service or Support
    BEWARE!!! While I am highly pleased with the picture quality and user interface, be informed that the Roku website offers NO support in the event of trouble. The rechargeable batteries for the remote I have die within three or four days of charging. I am not using the headset, nor am I one to be constantly moving from channel to channel. In trying to resolve this issue, I attempted contacting an agent, either with chat or phone, yet no agents exist. Or, if they do, their links are so well-hidden I can't find them. In short, if you get one that works, you will be pleased. If you encounter a problem, you are stuck. I now have a $99.99 item that causes issues, and I have no recourse. I've written them a letter but really don't expect an answer in this day and age. Note: My brother and sis in law have two of the $29.95 Rokus, and they run like a champ. The remotes use conventional batteries and so far, after three months with a LOT of use, the batteries are fine.

    Roku Can Do
    I own 1 Roku TV, I also have the stick on two smaller one, and I just bought an Ultra Roku. I deserved it because of all the the money I've saved in the last 7-8 years using Roku.

    A real pain to use.
    I have a Smart Samsung TV but I thought Roku would add some features for me. If I was on Roku it was almost impossible to get off it and back to my Dish controls. I tried talking to it…”turn off Roku” and it would shut down and TV off. But when I turned TV on to get back to Dish…there it was. I finally unplugged its power supply to get my Dish programming back. Unhooked everything…put in a box…going back to Walmart…I feel better already! lol
