Housewarming gift pricey, but worth it.

Filthy
The condition this arrived in is appalling. Not only was it filthy but it also had black dirt mark's on the bottom as if it was used. Very dissapointing.

    Great delivery speed.
    Purchased May 11th delivered May 12th. My daughter loved them and can't wait to do laundry. She has a basement she has to go up and down with her wash loads. I hope they are as durable as the one I bought many years ago.

    Nice big basket.
    Size is great, maybe a little too large for two people. It is heavier than I expected. Should have gone with the smaller size.

    Poor quality, handles broke
    I have had 2 of these baskets and I would not buy another. The handles DO break. All three of them! While I like the way it curves to fit on your hip, the quality of the handles and the basket is just terrible. Also, this basket was never $52.99 and even $27.99 is ridiculous to ask for. I paid less than $10.00 for each of mine a couple of years ago.

    Normal basket, not gold plated.
    I love my basket which is exactly like this one. I have had it for many, many years, and it was purchased at a reasonable price. BUT the PRICE to get one for my daughter this year is OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH. Price was made by distributor to several purchase spots (Amazon, Target, Walmart and probably more). They, the distributor, should be ashamed for taking advantage of shoppers looking for a great, normal laundry basket, not for a gold plated one. I recommend this item but not the distributor.
