Quite a Size Difference
I'm writing this review in order to post these pictures. I'm sure someone out there would find this helpful. The height variation is listed online, but seeing it on paper is not the same as seeing the kennels side by side. Here you go! I shipped an 8 week old Labrador puppy in the 28" and she was swimming in it. I'm shipping two Lab puppies in the 26" kennels and they JUST fit.

Misrepresented
The item I ordered was not what was pictured / offered for sale. I have to return it. There are no latches to easily remove top for access to pet only the peg fasteners all the way around. Misrepresented.

    Disappointing and concerning
    I have a 10lb dog and lifted the kennel and the entire plastic and the handle broke away! It just busted the section below the handle and came off with it! I realize I must support the bottom, but literally as I was lifting to do that, it cracked apart.

    Wrong brand received
    This isn't the PetMate brand as advertised, it's RuffMaxx but same color. This brand was more difficult to put together than the PetMate one I expected.

    Not as pictured! Product Defective, Don’t buy!
    The cage is not as pictured, it doesn’t have the flaps (instead it is all bolts) and on the top it doesn’t have the little storage areas and to top it off the door doesn’t even fit idk if they sent the wrong door or the wrong top part, but the point is this is useless. I’m disappointed because it’s not what I was expecting, and I guess I’ll just have to return it.

    The cage is not as pictured, it doesn't have the flaps (instead it is all bolts) and on the top it doesn't have the little storage areas and to top it off the door doesn't even fit idk if they sent the wrong door or the wrong top part, but the point is this is useless. I'm disappointed because it's not what I was expecting, and I guess I'll just have to return it.

    Item does not match image, some quality issues.
    The 24" kennel does not match the picture. The item image shows it being held together with plastic quick-release clips, and 4 corner bolts to secure it. However, the actual item has no clips and a dozen bolts. Additionally, when assembled the door did not latch properly: the hinge point was off a bit and the latch did not align with the hole. Because it's plastic you can push the corner to make it fit but this shouldn't be necessary. It's also problematic because it seems like it latches behind a rib, which may explain why others say the door can pop open suddenly. One of the fastener holes was also not cleared properly so a screw wouldn't fit through it.

    Plastic used feels too weak
    Disappointed. The plastic is relatively thin. In Phoenix, where it is hot, the plastic seems too malleable to hold the door in place. An average adult cat would seem too heavy to be kept safely inside. One of the plastic lock down fasteners simply does not stay in place and is cheaply made. I added several more bolts and nuts to hold the top and bottom of the carrier together, and I will probably still bungee cord the top and bottom together for more security.
