do not buy
I was excited about this item. I have used various budget electric-toothbrushes for many years for my bad gums. I figure this was be a huge upgrade, but it was not. The floss heads are impossible to use, the vibration/stroke was very weak and my gums started to bleed again for the first time in over a decade. I called the manufacturer hoping for reassurance, they simply said to return it and walmart wanted it shipped back. i figured this was a major waste and lost, for me, for walmart and for the company and i felt bad- so instead I gifted it to a friend who never had an electric toothbrush. I was hoping it would maybe work well for him and his girlfriend, but now his breathe smells the worse since i ever knew him. There is something seriously wrong with this product, but my friend has more guilt about returning items for waste. So now i am stuck paying too much, for something that maybe I should have been credited for and just tossed, so i would not have felt as guilty. I think the manufacture should have been more reasonable and acknowledged a better plan. I have no plan to try to see if they have better models, otherwise I highly suggest not to buy.

    Does the job. I liked my older model better, except that broke while trying to change heads. This brush does tickle at first, but I kept using it. Now it is OK. Does have "dead spots" when toothbrush isn't in the perfect place. Love getting the replacement heads.

    Loud and Heavy
    Makes loud noise but not cleaning teeth very well. The last half part of brush doesn't seem to be spinning as well first half of brush. Its too heavy and feels awkward in my hand. Waste of money for me. You be the judge.

    I liked how it brushed, but the toothbrush heads were IMPOSSIBLE to switch. I returned it. I'm not wasting time fighting with a toothbrush.

    Does the job
    My teeth feel so nice and clean after I use this brush. The only thing I don't love is that the lowest setting has still intense vibration. If you are not use to it, it does take some getting use to. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

    Happy with purchase
    This is my second Pursonic and I am very happy with it. I liked it so much I encouraged my son to purchase one which he did. It works well leaving your teeth feeling clean. The extra brush heads are a plus and so is the price.
