Living Masterpiece
Obviously the picture is perfect - it's Samsung. Which means the physical design is sleek and simple, and the materials are sturdy and inspire confidence. The white remote had me do a double take, as I'm used to black or metal, but it is solid and intuitive, and is easy to spot in a cluttered environment. Setup was so simple I almost missed it. The longest part of the process was keying in my wifi network password. Built-in apps cover all the bases. I was able to download the couple that I usually use that weren't there, so I could say goodbye to a certain USB dongle device. I'd like to strip a couple of the built-ins from my home screen, but you can rearrange them so it's not a big deal once you use the device. Sound is amazing, considering I have no idea where it's coming from. No visible speakers or soundbar, but it has excellent audio volume and clarity. The Frame hangs flush to the wall, and looks like a movie poster. A single wire connects it to the base device, and I'll probably slip that through the wall to complete the look. I prefer the art to be set about as dark as it can get, which matches the brightness of the wall and looks like a poster. When it's brighter it looks like a high-quality backlit movie poster at the theater. There are art options available via subscription, but I've found the free selections work like a charm in my room. I'm not used to switching out paintings on a regular basis, so that habit is one I'll have to get into. As it is, I've left it on a gorgeous landscape by Edvard Munch, which compliments the decor perfectly. The art is accessible with the tap of a button on the remote, and is instant. It turns itself off after 2, 3, or 4 hours of idle time, or when there is no light detected in the room - both of those are energy saving settings that make the Frame blend in to its environment and save energy in the process. The only tricky part of the entire installation process was mounting the drywall anchors. The screws for the included flushmount (and it really is flush) have very flat pan heads, so you really need to use them instead of subbing out other screws, and they're really long, so you need to use the anchors provided, which are substantial and high-quality. Just don't let them spin in the wall before they start to open. There's a trick to it that eventually made the install look really professional. I love this TV and can't wait to experiment with uploading photos and using different mattes. Thumbs up!

misleading title, 32" not the same as others
be careful when you purchase this. compared to all their other tv lines where the size differences are solely a size difference but same specs otherwise, the 32" size is not the same screen refresh rate, 4k panel, etc. i went through a month thinking i had the wrong attachments on my end to the tv, or bad streaming media. very misleading advertising of their product; now instead of a crystal clear picture frame i have a highly pixelated 32" monitor that hardly excuses itself to be a picture.

    Wall mount Fail.
Very disappointed. After ordering an expensive TV that was intended to be a Very flush wall mount and picture frame design, I was extremely disappointed to find out you have a huge quick connect box that the TV needs to plug into. We had all our ethernet and power located behind the TV so this was as easy as it gets. the quick connect totally defeats the purpose of this unit. Not a single promotional add includes this huge box and all the wires that will need to be exposed. To top it all off. TV would not even turn on after we got the mess all put on the wall. HUGE fail Samsung. HUGE FAIL! would have been so easy to have an extra set of inputs behind the freakin tv.

So much to Love and Hate...
the frame is a beautiful piece of engineering. it cleverly hangs flush on the wall and displays your pictures in beautiful color, like a giant picture frame, just as advertised. but the interface is terrible. surprising that a samsung would make such an amateur interface. the remote only integrates a limited number of sound bars. my 7 yr old logitech has better support. optical audio is constantly switching back to the tv. an ad taking up prime real estate next to your home button. you don't actually own your tv. the art mode ui is worse. they must've designed it in an engineering bubble. there are so many weird quirks and omissions, but i only get 800 characters. if their phones worked like this, they would be laughed out of the market place.

    Research before buying a Frame
Great image and sound quality are spoiled by a train-wreck of an interface and non-functioning features. Art mode is buggy and only works intermittently, and slide show locks up the device frequently. There is no rearranging or shuffling art. Ambient mode is incompatible with other features like Art mode. Frequent power off/on cycles of the One Connect box are required. I am hopeful, not optimistic, that Samsung will release an update to the software that will address the many deficiencies, but I have learned the hard way that these are persistent issues which have been raised for almost two years. Had I realized the extent of the issues, I would have purchased a television and saved big money.

Love being able to see works of art
Wish the wood frames were not so expensive. Did buy the sonos soundbar as the TV sound was not enough. Like the art, would

    Pretty cool tv
I wanted a tv that looked better in my new, modern home than a standard flat screen, and when I saw this tv, I knew it would be perfect. Installation was about average. The tv is doesn't take long to set up. I wish it walked you through how to use the phone app/ remote; I had to play with it a while to start figure things out, like where to get to the artwork. It looks pretty awesome once it's set up.

    Very cool tv
Easy to mount, especially with the included mount, screws and paper. Setting up was also a breeze and simple. I wish Ethernet was available, especially since this was far from the router, but no complaints other than that. Looks: The Frame included is black - but others can be purchased to look more like a traditional art frame. With ART mode on, the combination is striking. The subscription or self upload ability are a thoughtful option. I tested the mounts prior to the wall mount, and found it easy to install, and great that it can be hidden within the back. I dislike having to store bulky tv mounts I may or may not use. Sound and image: The sound was good enough for a small room, and 4k image is great. Power: I like the sleep mode, and dimming option. It should be a negligible increase in costs with this on more than the usual Tvs.
