If you are on the fence...This is the one!
i have to say... i love it! this has to be the brightest tv i have ever seen! at night i reduce the brightness. i like if florida and the spot i have it in gets a lot of direct sun! and i have no problem seeing the picture! i got the 55” which didnt come out at launch. it'great. i have four qled indoor tvs. 2019 82”, 2020 65” and a 2018 55” and 2017 55”. the terrace is a true qled tv. the picture is amazing. the design is casing are cool. its heavier because of the water proof case. but not by a lot. having it be a smart tv is great also. my only complaint would be the speaker volume. you really do need to add some kind of speaker to the system. i have thia tv installed on my balcony in a condo building. but i love this tv!

No happy with The Frame TV
Overall TV performance is average at best. User interface is clunky. I purchased The Frame for its ART features, however I am having difficulty accessing the “Samsung Collection", "an exclusive selection of 100 artworks from 37 renowned artists and spanning 10 categories,” as listed on the website. I can only find the "Complementary Art" selection of 23 pieces. The Samsung Collection was a key decision point in my purchase of The Frame TV and I am not happy with the features without this product feature.

    Amazing Outdoor TV!
When contemplating a outdoor TV there are many things to consider. After an extensive search I needed to decide between a lower cost TV that may last a year or two or a larger investment but the confidence that I have may a INVESTMENT in a higher cost option. Great decision, TV is absolutely amazing! Day sun, dark night it doesn't matter the TV performs beyond expectations.

    Love our Terrace
We bought our Terrace for our new patio. The quality is amazing. We are enjoying having friends over for movie nights and to watch sporting events. Best purchase we made this year!

32 inch missing some key features
i have two frame tvs the 55 (2021) and 32 (2020). the 32 doesnt have the motion sensor so you have to manually turn the art on and off (the option is on the samsung art app but doesnt work on the 32?). also, the 32 isn't 4k like the 55. both tvs look great with the added bezel. i have the modern pink bezel on the 32 for our nursery and the beveled white bezel for the 55 in our family room. both tvs have a lot of glare but i think samsung has fixed that with the new 2022 models. the picture quality on the 55 is better than my q6 tvs (65 and 75) that i have in other rooms but the 32 doesn't have great picture quality.

    Great TV, "Invisible" Cable Letdown
we really like the frame tv itself, but the "invisible" wire is huge disappointment and extremely obvious on a white fireplace. i cannot find any adapters to plug the cable directly into the outlet behind the tv, instead of it running to the big black box that comes with tv. we purchased with the understanding that the cable could be hidden, but it turns out that is not the case so now we are left with an ugly wire hanging down our fireplace and mantle. i really wish we would have known this prior to spending the money on this tv.

I hate seeing this “nearly invisible” cord!
arrg! i love this tv so much but i cant stand seeing this “nearly invisible” cord hanging under the tv. i almost returned it but im hoping eventually to find a solution. i bought this tv more for the art look then tv. how many pieces of art have a power cord? i have been told i cant run the one connect cord through the wall because it is not fire rated. and now learn samsung does not even sell a fire rated cord yet. so disappointing! samsung please fix this! what are my options!

    Good TV with broken hdmi2.1
it's already 1 year hdmi 4 port is not working with xbox series x. i bought the tv in december 2021. install latest fw update. no effect. lots of open discussions in the internet. according to rumors samsung developers already have sw fix for the issue. but it's not yet delivered. even if it's going to be delivered - this is shame to have it broken for so long time. be able to play 4k 120hz vrr hdr - that was one of selling points for me.

Is it Art or a tv?
great job samsung! you have really outdone yourself. the 65” the frame tv is masterfully art and a tv with great qualities. it hangs flush on the wall with the provided wall mount brackets, displays art when turned off, and is a quality tv with great depth! i did not have to persuade my wife very much for her to agree to this purchase. she loved the idea from the beging especially with family coming in town for xmas. when our family arrived they complimented us on the great looking photo of a zebra above the fireplace only later to show them it is also a great tv. again great job and we are extremely satisfied with this tv. would recommend it to anyone!

    It's All About the Art!
recently we needed to rearrange our living area, and this meant put a tv in the living room. but we didn't want a black box over the fireplace when it's off. solution, "the frame". as a television, the pictures a nice quality - 4k. but aren't we asking because of the art mode. and here, i think it served it's purpose. we purchased the 2 year art store plan (cause - in this case, with the purchase - it came "free" with getting the tv) and mixed it in with our own photography and artwork. also, the filters are rather nice, taking pictures and giving a different look. no black box on the wall. it's all about the art!

    Slim, Beautiful TV
we bought the frame tv to incorporate into our gallery wall and it does not dissappoint! the mounting seemed complicated so we hired a task rabbit and had it installed professionally. the tv sits fluah and looks stunning! the picture quality is beautiful and the overall design of the tv is excellent! the art will never fool anyone that its not a tv, but its so much better than the typical black hole on the wall! we've also stopped using our fire tv since the tizen software works great! overall, we are very happy! the price is a bit high, especially considering there are oled tvs that cost less, but the form factor is what we wanted.
