Great buy for the price and a lot of fun
The price was great and pretty easy to set up and after it's set up it's easy to move it around. It's a lot of fun to jump on my grandkids and the adults really love it

Not what we expected
It came with broken coils. It bent when we attached the last coils to the mat. Seemed very unsafe. We are returning this item.

    Great Deal and so much joy from my kids
    My kids love it!!!! The trampoline itself was very easy to assemble the net gave me a little trouble but once I figured it out we were great! The basketball hoop sold me! My kids love that they can jump and shoot hoops at the same time!

    Picture instructions and endless fun!
    Picture assembly instructions! For those who don't like to read instructions this is it! You can just look at the step by step picture instructions. They send extra pieces incase something gets misplaced. No ball included so you can just use your fav basketball! My kids love it! Couldn't wait for my husband to set up. I love it because it has a net to keep the kiddos safe, the steps to make it easy to go in and out and of course the double sided zipper!

    VERY difficult to assemble
    The frame of the trampoline doesn't fit together in closed circle - you have to close the gap and figure out how to force pieces to fit together. 2 hours of wrestling and I still can't get it together.

    Missing pieces!!!
    Missing parts OR they placed the wrong pieces!! The ring was missing a piece! It was never closed! I connected everything as it was shown in the low quality catalog but the circle was missing a piece! See the picture. They might've placed the pieces of 12ft trampoline into the box of 10ft one!! I also couldn't find the screws needed to secure the legs!! Has there anyone had the same problem?? Hopefully they accept a return!!

    Ease of assembly, value for money, very bouncy
    My daughter a Level 3-4 Gymnast needed a trampoline for practicing front flips apart from playing along with her friends. The 10ft trampoline works like a charm. It is big, very bouncy and she loves it. It is value for money since it's half the cost compared to other trampolines in the market. Also, her other friends who are around 10-13 years of age also enjoy it. Kids go for it. You will love it :-). Like every big trampoline, it would be good to have the second person during the assembly when you are putting the last pipe as you would need someone to hold at the other end. Also, while putting the trampoline base, make sure you tie opposite springs and keep tying opposite springs. The Photo that comes along with the trampoline says it all. Just view it and follow steps from it

    Zero instructions. ZIP. Came with blue cushion ripped very cheaply made. And I am about to try and search the web as to how I can connect the basketball hoop. So under $200 not bad. Anything more no good

    Easy assembling, big perfect size , great deal
    My kids in love with this trampoline. We had a small one before but they didn't like it that much , so we decide to update to this trampoline. It's a big perfect size for family, comes with a basketball which it make more fun, plus it came with the ladder so we didn't have to worry about buying it separate. It was my first time assembling a trampoline, and it was so much easier then what I thought. It comes with assembling paper that shows all the steps in pictures so just follow that and it will be done quick. Easy to move for lawnmower. Great deal for big trampoline. Highly recommend

    Very poor quality; squeaky sounds when jumping
    We ordered the 12ft trampoline and it is very cheaply made. The protective net is tied on to the base by a nylon string, causing the net to come undone very easily (therefore, we constantly have to fix it). The trampoline is also extremely squeaky when jumped on. The basketball hoop does not attach properly and had to be held on by additional rope. Not very happy with the purchase.
