Save yourself some money no credit checks!
I have used SM for several years now. I went to them when I retired because I don't need expensive services anymore. I have autopay reup setup on a CC. Plenty of data I never even use it all.

    Provides what I need for a reasonable price.
    Have been on this plan for some time now. So far it is providing everything that I need, which mostly consists of reliable cellphone and texting services, plus a few apps, all for a reasonable price. I'm not into gaming or streaming movies, etc., so can't comment on any of that.

    Bought a phone from simple mobile online
    Bought a phone with simple mobile and its not working and its been over a month with morethan 50 calls they are yet to replace it or refund my money.i advice anyone who wants to buy phone from them not to unless u want to be treated like me. These people are truly a SHAME.

    AVOID SIMPLE MOBILE AT ALL COSTS
    Most unethical business I've ever dealt with. After just one month of service, they locked my new galaxy phone and want me to pay $150 to unblock it. I cant use any other sim card or company now, unless I sign a 1 year contract with them.

    Illegal collection of sales tax.
    Charging sales tax on phone cards in Virginia is illegal. Phone cards in Virginia are specifically by law excluded from sales tax. People in Virginia should avoid doing business with firms like you that do not comply with the law

    Using since I came to USA-12 years now
    I am using Simple Mobile from the time I arrived USA. Never have a problem in connectivity and data. Very nominal charges and the best part is to have international calling.

    Problem with activation.
    Sorry I'm disappointed because I've been trying to get my phone activated and get a phone number established for my phone. I've tried 3 times already with no luck. I'll try 1 more time and if I can't get the problem solved will look for new phone.

    No connection, no service:(
    Unfortunately the connection didn't happen, I need a refund from Simple Mobile, I'm not sure who's fault it is but I feel I was let down. But on a positive note I use to be with Simple Mobile and I thought it was a great service. That's why I wanted to return to Simple Mobile after being with Xfinity for a month.
