    Won't hold charge/ specs not as described
    Bought for a Christmas gift. Opened and charged for 2 hours. Kid is able to ride about 5 minutes before beeping and battery light comes on. Wheels are smaller than described. Weight limit less than advertised.

    Stopped working and burnt a hole in carpet
    I purchase this hoverboard for my daughter for her 8th birthday. It worked for about 2 days before one side of the board stopped spinning. We thought maybe it needed a full charge to start working correctly again. While charging, one side of the hoverboard preceded to spin while on one was around which consequently burned 2 holes in to my carpet. Not only did I have so many issues with this product, but I could not find any way to reach their customer service. I am very unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend to anyone.
