Handle Does Not Open to Adjust Cord Length
The handle does not open to adjust the cord length per the instructions that came with this product. As of the time of writing this review, three other customers have asked you how to open the handle and your company has not responded to any of them. Was there a bad run from the factory that you're aware / not aware of? Please do a better job.
