    Worst bike EVER
    Worst bike EVER! Screws fall off every time I ride it. The pedals wont stay on. Its super shaky. We have tried everything to tighten but does not stay. DO NOT BUY!!!

    Small hard seat for small butts only
    The seat is too high even at it's lowest and im 5'5" and its a very small and hard lumpy seat. Not everyone is ready to use like they do in spin classes. Some of us need to start off sitting on it until our legs get used to it. I gave it two stars because it arrived in a timely manner, had all the parts, was easy to assemble. Also it was listed as able to support my weight. Something I had trouble finding in an exercise bike. But the seat needs to be wider for us more endowed in the derriere area than some. Also it could be softer. I have tailbone issues from when I had a horrible wrestling practice accident in high school years ago. So the seat being so small, hard and lumpy made me not want to use this bike a second time. So it's just sitting in the back room. Also the meter thing seems to be very off as it doesn't match up with my smart watch.

    AS SOON AS I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT --NOT EVEN A MONTH OWNING IT --THE SCREEN DISPLAY DOES NOT WORK , AS IT WAS BEING ASSEMBLED THE LEFT PETAL DIDN'T FIT , I HAD TO FORCE IT IN ,THE SEAT NEVER STAYED PUT NOR DID THE SCREWS, KEPT FALLING OUT, THEN WHILE I WAS USING THE MACHINE WORKING OUT THE RESISTANCE BREAKS, WHICH FROM THE BEGINNING WAS HARD TO TURN. LOOKS GOOD AND STEADY IN THE PICTURE THEY MAKE IT LOOK BULKY AND SLEEK ... DEFINITELY NOT ...WISH IT WOULD HAVE WORKED OUT BUT DONT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE

    Defective design
    We received the bike and was excited to exercise right away. The bike itself does not look bad but the left crank arm fell off after pedaling few times. The nut test is holding the crank arm got looser and looser as you pedaled. I have tried tightening the nut again and again to no avail. The left crank falls off once the nut that is holding it to the crank shaft.

    Dirty scratched bad odor upon arrival
    Very disappointed! The bike arrived filthy scratched with a very bad odor upon arrival. I do not see how this item could have been new. Companies really need to start checking their products before they send them out, because; this was not OK. One thing I can say is; the walmart.com rep did a good job with helping me return the item. I requested a return the day the item was received. Fyi, I would add photos but the app crashed on me two times while trying to do so.

    Great bike!
    It came very fast and putting it together was so easy! It came with all its pieces and tools to put it together! It's not electric so it makes no noise, and lets you go at your own pace.

    Too big for 5ft person
    The seat is uncomfortable, too high for my size Im 5ft , cant reach handle bars comfortably
